I have shopped over 300 stores from Virginia to Maine and this is the friendly center. I have always been able to get help and even if they don't work the department they still help

Because of open-heart surgery I needed help in lifting bags of salt into my truck and Matt was right with me to help.

For truly the first time we have since we shop here, it was enjoyable. Friendly yard runner name Bernie Rochon. Always a pleasure to kid around with.

Employees are friendly and really try to help. The store is generally well stocked and organized.

I’ve had other home spot stores try to match a paint I had but was unsuccessful as they gave me different bases that had a higher gloss than my paint sample. Keith was able to match the color and sheen perfectly

I can go in with my husband’s list which is Greek to me and there is always somebody willing to take it and fill it for me even without it in my car!

We were in to purchase appliances for a new condo. Suzy the sales woman in the department was excellent, knowledgeable and no pressure sales. We have been in the store for other things and every time we are greeted with a smile and someone is always willing to help us out.

Very helpful. Not pushy. Good suggestions. If she didn't know an answer, she would look up and then tell me! Wonderful. Also helped me thru checkout. Carried some of my purchases. Terrific.

I was helped by Scott Q., Manager, for my raised-garden box project. He was kind, respectful and took me seriously. I recommend asking for Scott is you need personal help for your project. I am an older woman and I appreciate not being rushed and that he actually cared about my garden beds. He suggested a "no-tools" idea that was perfect for me.

We drove 75 miles to go to this particular Home Depot. The employees were all very pleasant and helpful. It was wellstocked and the flower depot was well stocked. Wish there was one in Central Vermont. We would love to work at a place like this.

We have had previous problems with this store. My husband is a vietnam vet and has a DD2 14. Each time we are told because he has that we are only available to get the military discount on certain days, not everyday like other ex-military. But because they didnt want us to make a stink they would give it to us. Discrimination at it's best right there. On yesterday's visit (mothers day) i went yo the garden center. There was hardly nothing in there. Whst was there was wilted and disgusting looking, it was dirty and cluttered. When i made a comment to the clerk, she just laughed.

This store had so many different options to choose from in every area. The employees i talked to were helpful and friendly. I definitely plan on going there for future home projects.

The kitchen design center and Libby Forte are terrific. She listens to your thoughts and ideas and based on that, designs the kitchen of your dreams. I highly recommend!!!

I was having a very bad day. I was dealing with a flooded basement and a malfunctioning sump pump. This woman Kris helped me exchange the sump pump for another one. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was able to complete the transaction in a timely manor and was really satisfied.

Again, Lois and Loon were great!

Price tag was in the wrong place for a product. Kid in the dept was super helpful and thought the same thing I did. Manager came over and refused to honor the price on the tag even though it was an obvious mistake on the stores part. It took him 5 minutes of looking at the box and the tag on the shelf to point out the difference to me and he is a manager. He was super rude and acted like he was personally loosing out if he honored the price. I explained the issue to the service desk as the manager left the tag when he walked away. She apologized and said she would look into it. Very dissatisfied and disappointed at the manager for acting the way he did.

New store manager Nicholas Foley is a great example of excellent customer service and being there to assist and or help if you have an issue. He walks the talk!-

Great store except the inventory is not always up to date (apparently). I have gone there after checking availability online and several times the product has not been available.

I WENT TO HOME DEPOT MASK WERE AT ENTRANCE WITH HAND SANITIZERS.I KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND THE LOCATION BECAUSE I GOT THE SAME PRODUCT EARLYER AND GOT HELP FROM A WORKER THERE THAT HAD KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT I BOUGHT. THE ILSE WERE CLEAN AND NEAT AND EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY.

We had a great purchasing experience. The store was clean, organized, well lit. The service was prompt, super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were in and out of the store in no time, and very happy with the purchasing experience!

This is a very nice store and my husband and I frequently come in to purchase items for redoing our home. Generally, we have good luck finding what we came in for. The store is always clean and the associates are friendly, helpful & knowledgeable.

We needed a new stove and we needed it quick. I wanted induction and expected to pay at lot more than I did. To our surprise it also had air fry. The best part is that it will be delivered and installed in less than a week. Thank you for your outstanding service. You are our new appliance store.

Great customer service in the appliance department with Bridget- Helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, didn't rush us at all-answered all our questions! Found a dryer that suited our current needs with "breaking the bank" so to speak.
