I think that the cashiers are nicer and more pleasant than at the "other" home improvement store I frequent. Specifically, Nicole. The store is always clean, which is important.

Staff was very friendly and answered my questions... was interested in my project. Just VERY helpful! An extremely good experience.

I Love shopping at Hone Depot, the paint department is awesome. Love the quality paint you carry. I have had great experiences at Home Depot.I did have some wood cut one day for a project, I got home and realized the guys doing the cutting don’t know how to read a tape measure, I had 3 different sizes for 1 dimension. But I made it work. Some times finding someone to help get things down is a search. But Pat has been very helpful and Maverick is probably your best employee. But there are a lot of good people here. They will continue to get my business.

I find everyone in the paint department pleasant, helpful and very kind through my many questions. Also, Annette at the check out is very kind. She got a young man to carry the paint to my car; it was too heavy for me.

Great store and friendly people working there. We always look for one special checker when we are ready to check out. Stephane is so friendly and helpful. I wish all employees were as friendly and helpful as she is.

Went to the Home Depot to look for a roto-tiller and ended up buying one on the same trip, pretty good i would say.

Employees knowledgeable and helpful and caring, personalized service. This store gets two thumbs up from this demanding customer. Home Depot is my destination of choice because of these factors.

Good store w big inventory - but out of two of the things I came for today - I’m also amazed at the sheer number of employees, yet often not enough checkers.

This is a really good store with lots of great employee's. My favorite is Annette. She is one of the cashier's and has to be one of the friendliest and most helpful people I know... she is the best!!!

I sincerely enjoyed my unexpected visit to The Home Depot in Rockford. My customer service representative (Annette) was excellent and friendly. She gives the kind of service that makes you buy things that you don’t need. I bought salt for a water softener and I don’t have one. Excellent service Annette, keep up the good quality service.

Most of the people in the appliance department seem to always be grumpy for some reason. We will not buy appliances there anymore. However, the workers in other departments are kind and helpful.

I am impressed with the ease of check out as compared to the competition across the street. I attempt to find what I need at Home Depot before going to the competition because I never have to wait in long lines to check out at Home Depot---cant say that about the competitor.

This store always has what I need and there are always plenty of staff to help when you need it! Thank you for always giving me a positive shopping experience.

I was looking for a particular tote for storage and a sale floor associate was able to help me out very attentive to my needs.

Had a three item list during an intense home project. Store associate in the Tool Area was very helpful and got me to all three. Another associate spontaneously guided me to an open check-out and the Cashier was FAST and cordial. Made my purchases and got back home quickly. Maybe that's why it's called HOME Depot.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Didn't have appliances in stock, but free delivery is always nice. :)
