Annette and Marilyn were wonderful - helped us sign up for a Home Depot card for our major bathroom and patio renovations and advised us my husband qualified for a Veteran discount.

My experience with Home Depot is always pleasant, however, during my last trip, our Sales person went over and above to assist my husband and I with our purchase and took the stress out of our visit. Her knowledge and expertise was apparent. When asked, she gave expert advice, suggestions and assisted with matching our carpet & vinyl flooring perfectly! I left feeling confident knowing that we made the best choice. I can't wait for the installation! Thank you Paula Dunn!!!

Wendy and Dawn were very helpful in finding an item for me. Wendy went above and beyond not only finding the item location, but finding out the 2 in stock were in an unloaded semi, so she called the Machesney store and had them reserve the item for me. They then helped me check out the other items I had and purchase the item at the other store. They were great. Made my experience so easy. Thanks.

This Home Depot has the best employees! Annette is wonderful. She works at the cashiers desk she is always to cheerful and bright. She truly makes my day every time I shop. She sends me out the door with lots of cheer and makes me have a better day! The quality and pricing of material far exceeds any other store! I love our Rockford Home Depot.

I have done a huge amount of perennial garden shopping out at the Home Depot Rockford East. I think I must’ve picked up at least 60 different perennials and shrubs from this location. Each and everyone of them look great when I buy them and they stay that way after I plant them. The plant lady out there does an incredible job. She’s always taking care of them, they’re getting watered and rearranged. And when I check out I get JoAnn’s smiling face along with a multitude of other ladies that you have working out there that do an excellent job. Thank you for your courtesy. CP

The Rockford store has friendly and very helpful employees, from loading, employees on the floor, and checkout clerks. Usually has what i need in stock, and smaller online orders are in front of store ready for pickup when i arrive.

great pricing and courteous help

More than anything else it's the employee base at this store that brings me back. They are the most helpful and friendly of any store in Rockford. Additionally, this store has obviously learned the value of having the riding scooters on hand for those of us who have difficulty moving around. I cannot overstate the value of these scooters. Other stores haven't learned that lesson yet and they lose sales due to this fact. There is also one food store supermarket in Rockford that has a bunch of these scooters and theirs is always the busiest food store in town.

Always find what I am looking for through the friendly employees who are always available to assist me or direct me to the area where it is located, often walking with me to make certain I have what I came in for.

I ordered new carpeting and Paula in the flooring department made everything a breeze. I would recommend her.

I shop here ALOT. I could spend hours inside shopping, but I don't have the time or that much credit on my card!!!!

I absolutely love this Home Depot.Joanne that works out in garden who is always super friendly and very helpful,is one of the reasons I return to the store. I’ve always had absolutely fabulous luck with the plants that I purchased from Home Depot. I will keep returning. Need more home improvement !

Well stocked and clean store. Great associates

I received poor service from the customer service center, basically accused of stealing a gift card that I received from my kids for Christmas and I haven't used it for a couple years, wouldn't let me see the manager, and they kept the gift card, in my book that's stealing they didn't care and at any other store they would have given me a store credit for the $10

1000 PERCENT BETTER STAFF TO WORK WITH AT THIS STORE THAN THE ONE IN MACHESNEY PARK, ILLINOIS THE PRO DESK ESPECIALLY AND THE PRO CASHIERS ARE ALWAYS MANNING THE CHECK OUT WHERE AS AT MACHESNEY PARK...IT IS HIT N MISS IF YOU'RE IN ROCKFORD USE THE ARGUS/PERRRYVILLE HOME DEPOT

Employee April in garden center Is great.

The older man, Billy, in Electrical was very helpful and pleasant. Sarah at check out was also very pleasant and kind.

The employees were great, helpful, polite, great to be around and all around made my experience there a very pleasant one.

Store was clean and organized, employees were ready to help should I have needed assistance, and the cashier, Anna K., was very friendly and made my shopping experience very pleasant and enjoyable. She also did an excellent job and I appreciated her help very much

Unlike other stores, I encountered very friendly and helpful employees on my visit! They were not just there to collect their paycheck. They seemd to be genuinely interested in helping me! What a nice feeling.
