I wrote this in the survey. I am very impressed when an employee walks to the product instead of pointing. Anthony at the store was exceptional! I wanted to ask how to check watts on microwaves. He helped me. I needed cleaner for toilets that won't come clean. Anthony walked me to two sections. He helped me select the items and the right gloves. I was in a bath product as I was just at Bed Bath & Beyond. He walked me there too. We walked from plumbing to household cleaners to bath. He walked and helped with any section that I asked. He was familiar with the products and looked up product information and help carry items to the register. ABOVE AND BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! KUDOS TO RECOGNIZE ANTHONY!

If you need a new appliance, talk to Michael! He was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. A+++ in customer service!

The store is always well-stocked, neat and clean. The products are well-made. The greeters are friendly and know where to tell customers to find items they came to buy. The clerks give shoppers insights about the quality of items, and the potential uses for the items. The clerks assist each other to benefit the customers. I like the team spirit of the Home Depot employees. The quality of services and goods make Home Depot a necessity for me and my children. Thank you, Home Depot! If you buy a dishwasher, hire your own installer because there installers won't install if molding obstructs or there is a slight drop in the floor and they won't even try! We ended up having to cancel the order and corporate wasn't helpful in trying to rectify the situation. This was suppose to be a Christmas present! UGH!

Terrific place to shop for items necessary to run a house both inside (light bulbs, fixture, etc) and outside (flowers, mulch, gardening tools, etc).

The store was very clean and organized. The customer service was friendly it was greeting at the door and upon leaving the store staff made you feel welcome to come back!

I was looking for a specific model fridge (I don't have enough clearance for the standard height). Their sales rep looked it up in the system for me. It showed one in stock and many more in the pipeline. I placed my order in-store on 11/10 and paid in full. Their system showed the inventory drop from 1 in stock to 0 in stock after my order. I got a text saying that my delivery was scheduled for 11/16. I later got another text saying it had changed to 11/20. On 11/19, I checked to see if there was a time assigned to my delivery and found the date had changed to 12/11 - no phone call or other contact to alert me. I went to the store and spoke to the appliance manager looking for an explanation since they had the unit in stock. He said "welcome to my world" and that the inventory system is not reliable - no apology. When he looked up the unit, it said they have one in stock and if an order were placed today it would arrive around 11/25. To top it off, it took me a full 60 minutes to place the order in store because the sales rep was new and needed to ask so many questions of the manager, who acted like this was all a big headache for him. So don't order an appliance from Home Depot, or if you do, don't put any faith into their delivery date being anywhere close to right.

I have shopped at this Home Depot for several years (since 2007). And, since that time...have especially noted the increase in "pilfering" and "shop lifting" of many of its products...on the product shelves (packages opened and pilfered, etc.). Don't know if Home Depot just doesn't care about "loss prevention" or has just become "apathetic" to it....especially if they're make a HUGE profit...inspite of it. But my wife and I are relocating out of state...to get away from what we see as a "declining" quality of life here...and an increasing "entitlement" society in Michigan.

They don’t keep good inventories of items.

Store are not keeping good inventories of items. The only reason I go here is because I’m doing a job in Rochester Hills otherwise I will go to Troy store. There’s a lot of items in the isles. I don’t think the manager walk around to see the condition of the store.

The people are friendly and helpful

Cleanliness of this store is very high. I have visited this location many times and will be in the future as well. For any DIY project this is the GoTo store for me. The staff is very friendly and supportive.

My experience was great at the store except for the fact that they have more self checkouts than actual cashiers. Self checkouts take away jobs and Home Depot does pay me so I'm not going to do self checkout.

Excellent execution of COVID rules but still great customer service, especially Laqualm, store Assistant Manager. He was friendly, professional, helpful, and great at providing real customer service to me, a regular Rochester Hills Home Depot customer.
