Juanita and Reem helped me work through my list as if they were my personal shoppers. I felt like a VIP and got everything on my list in record time! This is my new "go-to" store.

Employees seem more interested in themselves. Did take time to point out aisle 11 then right back to the group. Even blocking the return area exit with their "meeting". Customers seem to be a nuisance

tHE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND FOUND IT QUICKLY!!!!

During several recent home improvement projects I have chosen this location vs. other locations and competitive stores due to their selection, organization, cleanliness and fully stock shelves. However, beyond all of these attributes, the most important reason I choose this HD location is their friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people. Every time I have needed further assistance, the HD representatives provided it. This consistent level of service is unmatched. Except at times for smaller specialty retailers. Whatever this HD is doing to accomplish this - the staff and management should be applauded, rewarded, and continue to be supported.

Extremely helpful and pleasant during all my visits there but especially today. They helped with the purchase and loading of over 2000# pf pavers. Thanks!

I frequent this store quite a bit. It's normally clean, the people are friendly, and I can always find what I need. However, my experience was completely ruined today by one of the employees. I went into the store for one item. I didn't realize they closed at 8pm on Sundays. I walked in the store at 7:58pm. I went straight to the aisle I needed to try and find the item. There was an employee in the aisle restocking, so the aisle was blocked off. He asked if I needed anything down that aisle and I said "no, I don't think so." I checked the aisles next to it to try and find the item. While I was walking down the aisle, the announcement came on that they were closed. I work in retail, so I know it can sometimes be a drag when customers stay past close. Because of this, I decided to ask another employee where the item was, so I could hurry up and leave. Here's how that conversation went: Me - "do you know what aisle I can find *** in?" Him - "you know we're closed right?" Me - "yes, I just need this one item and I'll be out of here" Him - "it's down this aisle, about half way down. Hurry and get it quickly though because we're closed" Me - "yes, I'm well aware" My receipt says 8:02pm. They closed at 8pm. I'm just appalled at the tone and attitude of this employee. I understand that it may be frustrating to stay past close, but Home Depot is a huge store and it's bound to happen once in a while. I'm sorry that I didn't check the house before entering the store. That's my fault. But the attitude of this man ruined my entire 4 minute experience at this store. Again, I also work in retail, I deal with people all the time. I understand the frustrations. I get that sometimes you just want to go home after a long day. But that doesn't mean you treat your customers like crap.

Very big store with helpful employees

The customer service is great but inve tory sometimes is off the mark.

Products that showed "in stock" on the website were nowhere to be found. The sales associates that I asked for help did little to help in locating them other to say they showed that they had the items and point at the shelf where the items were supposed to be.

We went in to look at redoing our counter tops. We left with a Home Depot card and new counter tops that will be installed in about 10 weeks. The young man that waited on us was Awesome. His name is Trevor Powell. If you need new countertops go see Trevor.

There is sufficient stock of product on shelves, employees know enough to point me the right way, check out lines aren't bad.

Great Management and customer service!!

I have a phenomenal experience on every visit. From the staff to the products to the SMILING FACES, you cannot go wrong entering this store. The workers are all super helpful and efficient. Many of my neighbors have also commented on how kind the staff is. I think the leadership in this store is obviously doing a lot right and I will not go to a competitor's store knowing about this little gem.

This store needs to have associates that are trained for the appropriate departments. Due to the ignorance of this associate he didnt order the correct items!! Could not be installed!! This cost me two days of work, waited 2 weeks for install and no washing machine. After calling home depot to complain no apology nothing.. Completely unacceptable. I do not recommend anybody going to the store I would rather go elsewhere...and I did!!!

You come to my home, measure my floor, tell me YES we can do this - we carefully take our time to find and select the right product and pull the trigger. You tell me I have to PREP my home before the installers come so I remove a toilet, a sink, kitchen furniture and all cabinets not stuck to the floor just to get ready for installation, which we do. Then you made my husband drive around to get all the pieces from SEVERAL stores cuz you couldn't figure out how to ship to the right store and tell him he has to stain some of the pieces to match - Yesterday your INSTALLERS arrive and they tell us NOPE - WE cant do this for this price, Now you want me to pay $3200 more on top of the over 6K we already paid but you tell a veteran family no discount - sorry we cant budge - and wait til the middle of MAY before you can begin - I HATE U! My house is a mess now - so thanks for that u - I HATE U! We did everything on our part you asked us to do in order to Prep for what we had hoped to be an exciting day and you ruined it! YOU didn't listen to us when we told you we needed to have the contractor come before the install date. You didnt listen to us when we told you the floor your ripping out is "mud set" and ..... you didnt listen to us when we said you'll need a dumpster - I HATE U I HATE YOU I HATE U - I will close my account and NEVER shop at your stupid store again!

This store has the most positive, helpful, and courteous employees who always strive to help out their customers. I am very impressed with the top down courtesy and "here to help" attitude.

My husband and I recently moved to Rochester Hills and the HD off Avon is my closest location. Every time I have visited this store the customer service has been EXCELLENT! The HD team members who have assisted me have taken genuine interest in my projects and have provided me with invaluable advice. My most recent trip yesterday was no exception. I was helped my Ahmed who truly set the bar for great customer service. He actively listened and took interest in my project. He was able to provide me with advice that saved the day and was so pleasant and professional. I am grateful he assisted me yesterday. Overall, 10/10. Highly recommend this location for all your home improvement needs! I will very happily continue to shop here!

Home Depot is more along the line of a co tractor or do it yourself handy person. Plumbing and the Electrical have the fantastic persons who are quite knowledgeable.
