This store has exemplified the care and concern for their customers. I did not mind waiting in line to make my purchases. I was very concerned about my ability to handle the piece of lumber I was purchasing. After being in line for a few minutes, I entered the store not having the special cart for lumber. I walked carefully to the lumber area to get a 2"x12"x8' piece of lumber. I have a back issue that causes me to be very uncomfortable in lifting and handling heavy objects. I was going to try and make it happen somehow. I had just located the piece of lumber I needed and knew that I needed a cart. Out of nowhere Danny came and asked me did I needed help. It was as if someone told him I needed help. He also noticed that I did not have a cart. He went to get one. He helped me load it on the cart. Danny had to observe that I had a back problem. He was truly a God sent for me. Thank you Danny for such a timely and pleasant experience at The Home Depot in Riverdale, GA

The staff do not have enough workers that want to help the customers get products and put them in the truck.

The store was clean, most associates were available, some were not. They were knowledgeable about products I needed and provided useful and helpful information.

Q was amazing.. we waited in the aisle for a while before we were passed along to him.. but it was well worth it! He knows his craft inside and out! Very nice.. and answered all questions!

The last three visits I went was very helpful I only went to the lawn and garden center to get mulch and various flowers and Clint helped me. T Sean helped me, and Kehinde these associates was a tremendous help abd all provided great sustimer service!! Their customer service made me feel welcome and I will continue to come to this location.

I guess it depends on the day of the week and the time of the day that you go, but I have had both good and bad experiences in this particular store...

Victor the assistant manager is a great example of what a leader should be, always helping other employees and greeting customers, he leads by example, Larenda is great at the checkout every customer gets her full attention, and service with a smile she is really friendly to everyone.

Never order any item over the telephone from this store...either go online or go into the store so that you can see what is being charged to your credit card. I ordered a microwave ($248.00) & a 5-year protection plan ($75.00) and received a receipt via email for subtotal of $382.00 (which actually totalled $323.00). Called the store and spoke with manager Victor, who stated that I was being charged $59 for delivery. Since Home Depot was ordering me a microwave that they had misplaced (the original did not have a delivery charge), why were they now charging me a delivery charge. Victor stated he would check into it and call me back. The young lady that filled my order did not mention that there was a $59 delivery charge...stating that the microwave was $248 and the 5-year protection plan was $75. So when I added them up and verified with her that the subtotal before taxes was $323, she stated that is correct. So she emails me a receipt showing $382 plus tax. She lied. As this reflects on the entire store, I think all of the employees in this store are liars.

Excellent Customer Service

Hit or miss on customer service. Have receipt on returns using card you paid with may not get you full value on returns.

People were very nice and kind and helpful make you want to come shop with them more often.

The associates at this store especially Richo WIlliams, Millwork Specialist and the ladies at the Pro Desk are phenomenal individuals. They always go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that experience is pleasant and that you have the products that you need at the best prices for your projects. Check them out the next time you visit the store.

This store has come a long way, it is a pleasure and very helpful to know that when projects need to be done everything here is always available. And not to mention the outgoing staff always ready to help.

Staff are soooo helpful and I believe we don't give enough accolades to the staff from the less affluent areas. They are great! You can always find a helpful person here

Went in for a Black Friday sale to purchase an electric double oven range, the sale was good,however the installation not good. The installer did not show nor call and now they want to install my new stove 12/23,that is not acceptable,I am not ever shopping at Home Depot again

Need more lighting inventory.

Employees could be a little more friendly and helpful, if you need help ask for Mr.Maynard and look for Larenda at the checkout, she's nice to all her customers.

The only problem I have when you need help there is no one to help you that is to no matter what the problem is.

This was a good Weekend experience, the customer service was excellent. Homedepot associate Darryl Quinn was very helpful.
