I live in McDonough but this is my preferred Home Depot, the customer service here is always genuine. There’s always someone to clear up any confusion that I may have about a product. AWESOME STORE!

The store was very clean and neatly stocked. I was very pleased and impressed with my experience.

Moving back to this area and realizing that this location will be my home store gave me cause for pause however this store and whoever is managing it is such a joy to visit I am so glad that I gave the store a chance because so far they have always had what I needed in stock and everybody so far has been exceptionally friendly I really appreciate good customer service and I appreciate people who like their job and who show up to 'work'

Wonderful people at this store it was kept very clean and it seemed as though they always had time to help me with anything I needed definitely will come back if I ever need anything

I am honored to spend money in my community where my tax dollars will benefit where I live. The employees here are helpful and accommodating. We were able to find everything we needed to build and stain our fence; the boards, hinges, concrete, nails, lock for the gate door, the stain, sponges, brushes, and other random items I needed for other projects. Thanks Home Depot...

Great curbside applications to display product. It was a wonder friendly and careful staff. The experience is remembrance of a good experience.

Dustin from lumber was very helpful. Not only helped. But I saw him helping several people when I was waiting my turn. You HOULD HAVE MORE Dustin at the store. Very courteous and ready to help. And with a BIG patient patience!!!! Also my cashier was very courteous and with a beautiful smile. Honestly I am seen that lately at the store. Dashanda was quickly and told me :Thank for shopping with us.

The store is well-organized. The workers are very helpful and friendly, they go the extra mile to offer assistant. Love Riverdale Home Depot very nice atmosphere. Although the parking spaces is not very convenient if you're not disabled or picking.

Pro services are exceptional! Tiphany and everyone really know their stuff and won't quit doing everything they can to ensure a successful trip. I would go out of my way just to come to this home depot. It just goes to show what happens if you hire the right employees. Everyone is so nice and respectful! Have a blessed day!

The service was great in store #0178 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Cleaning stations soon as walk in the store. All the employees were in mask and very considered of the social distance aspect of me. Not mention, whenever I had a question an associate was always in sight to with an answer. Overall great experience!!!!

Great customer service from the floor rep. who assisted me with shelf cutting on my last visit. Didn't get his name. He has great personality and attitude! Thank you Home Depot for being open during this pandemic. One suggestion: place a sanitize work staion outsude by the carts to wipe bar before having to grab basket. Thanks! Be safe, thank you.

The service at this store was not very good. I realize the times now is stressful but I was treated like no one cared.

The associate that I encountered was extremely rude. Don’t get a job in customer service if you do not like people. I always go to Home Depot in other parts of the city and have never in my life experienced the type of rude behavior that I did at this Riverdale location. Do better. Be better.

I bought a reconditioned pressure washer that did not work the way it should because a part was missing from the unit. I was told when returning the unit that a line had been stolen from the unit. The units should be stored in a secure area or inspected before a buyer purchases the unit. Customer service was not at all optimal when returning the unit. I was bounced from cashier to cashier and deflected by the manager before being dealt with. I'm waiting to see if the manager Paul Hedge follows through with what he said he'll do to resolve the matter.

The Home Depot Riverdale Store #0178 is showing signs of improving, but considering there is no other home improvement store location within around10 miles or so, I think this store should have more selections available and in stock to this community. And there should be more willing and friendly associates available to the customer when they need assistance, instead of just walking by and trying to avoid eye contact...

Great customer service by cashier and good floor personality from those walking around.

This store is always very well organized, its customer friendly, always clean if I need assistant it never a problem.

I was in need of 5 or 6 items to complete a project and I was able to find all of them on one stop, Home Depot. I even found two other items I needed that wasn't on my list. The store was nice and neat and a gentleman was cleaning the carts and I walked in the door. I had to asked for assistance several times during my visit and I directed every time to the right aisle and I found every item on my list.

I love just coming to the store, everyone is always helpful. I was trying to make a small flower bed in my back yard. Didn't know what to plant . But, I had a gentlemen who help me, and I left with a great selection of plant and my section is so refresh to look at. Thank you for great customer service.
