Dashanda and Zoe the cashiers at the service desk were as friendly and helpful as always!

The manager (Tip) at the Riverdale GA Location was very helpful. Tip made sure I was taking care of she help me put the fan I bought in the car. This location have the best manager (Tip) running this store she deserve a medal for being a professional respectful manager.

The store is very convenient. The kitchen remodel section is always helpful. Now other areas can’t really find help. Now if you do find help they not from the area that you need help. they will call the right person who will help. They need more help. I appreciate the young man who was willing to help as the other schedule person was not in site..we walk all way from one end to the next, however when we reach closer to the area of loading that person was there and I was glad.

The store was clean and I was greeted when entering the store; the staff and cashiers were friendly, product was easy to find. Inventory was off, store website was listing 1 product but there was none on the aisle or bay, but I did locate the items in a product display next to the appliances (3). Inventory need updated.

I got much better service at this store than I did at the Fayetteville store

thank you for having associates who seem to care about the customer's needs. Sakhai expressed that he was not sure about the product i needed but the effort of him looking it up on his phone and then instore computer made me feel as if he wanted to help. he located the product i wanted and asked if i needed anything else to go with it. (he did remind me that i needed glue to assemble it) thanks alot for saving me time on this trip. i usually walk around looking baffled for what i need

The store is always clean and well stocked. When I do shop there , the store always have what I need. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable. A trip there is well worth my time.

My first impression was not a good one for this location of Home Depot. However, today I can say I changed my mind and this was due to there employee Ms. Mary in the Riverdale location. Thank you Ms. Mary for showing me that you guys do care about your customers.

Everytime I come to this store, I am greeted by an employee, if I need direction it is given with a smile and I can find anything I want because of the signs overhead that direct me to the product I am looking for. The employees on the floor are always helpful, know the location of all products and willing to assist me in any way they can.

I find that this store still does not carry the selections in inventory that the other stores seem to have, I don't know if it is a geographical thing or not, but often, items seem not to be in stock, unavailable, or in limited supply...

Majority of employees are disrespectful including manager they will not assist you

Not enough stock moving boxes or moving supplies. Most moving boxes overpriced and torn. Very unprofessional staff and mgt. Staff don't want to assist and help customers. Manager wouldn't help me instead talks on her phone and ask other staff members to help me. Staff very rude and not friendly. Cashiers are awful nasty attitude, no greeting or thank you.

The store have everything you need but it's hard getting help they act like that's not there job to help the customers.

I went to the store to pick up an item that was out of stock in two other HD stores. The employees were nice and were extremely helpful. The experience couldn't have been better! Not only did I find what I needed but the employee who assisted me was funny and helpful, taking the stress out of the hunt for the item. The store manager has some great employees there!

If you need a lumber cart they keep them close and easy to get right as your going in the lumber end of the store. Shelves stocked very well and employees very helpful. Thanks
