very clean and you can find things easy

The self check out is not a good idea unless this is reflected in a lowering of prices.

This story is amazing I appreciate all the help everyone gives us when we go in there keep up the good work we will always be Shoppers at Home Depot thank you again.

The store managers and associates are all on drugs. This store is ran horribly and the customer service is horrible from employees in departments. The garden center is always a mess when I come shopping with pallets constantly in the isles and nothing stocked.

Richfield store is very well kept. The workers are very nice and helpful.

Was very pleased when Home Depot opened their doors in Richfield, Utah. Was needing to go up north or south to visit one in order to buy materials or tools for projects because their prices are better and have a greater selection, plus ideals also. THANK YOU...HOME DEPOT

I really have never had a bad shopping experience at this store. The employees are always very helpful.

Store was clean, associates were very helpful & friendly. Was looking for an upright freezer to take home same day but store did not have any uprights or chest type freezers on the sales floor so had to order one. Wait time for the product to be shipped is way too long. Should be able to get the product within a week, not 2-3 weeks.

All employees seem to be extra friendly and helpful. We live about half way between this Home Depot store and another one, and frequent both. This store is certainly the friendly of the two! Both are generally very well stocked and clean, but this one gets the friendly and helpful award.

I will continue to shop there and I hope the store stays in Richfield We really need it. I did locate what I wanted . Yes I got help right away. The store was clean and orderly . I got help immediately and they were very cheerful and helpful.

the store employees are wonderful and so helpful

I was trying to order a new range after our old one caught on fire. I was having a hard time finding help on the phone system. Christy at the service desk was awesome. She told me that ASM Brandon was in a meeting, but she still transfered me to him. He had DH in appliances call me right back. Christopher was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Because these people were willing to provide excellent customer service, they made a $400 sale.

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to assist you and answer all your questions.

For a "Box Store", the Richfield Home Depot remains more like a small town hardware store. The only difference is that they have so much more to select from. I always have a good time shopping there.

The employees are always willing and able to answer any questions and direct me to the items I am in need of.

This store is by far the best Home Depot in Utah! Friendly employees that will do anything for you.

I love this store. the employees are always so helpful. One time you didn't have what I was looking for and the employee looked it up and said it was on order and told me the date, or about date, it should be in the store. The store is always clean. I usually always find what I am looking for and like I said before, when I the male employee told me about when the product would be in again.

THIS IS A GREAT STORE. THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP. OVER THE LAST SIX YEARS (SPREAD OUT OUR LABOR AND THE COST!) WE HAVE TOTALLY REDONE OUR HOME SO HAVE DEALT WITH MANY DEPARTMENTS IN THE STORE. WE HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE ALL THE SERVICE AND THE PRODUCTS. SHARON, A GENERAL MANAGER IN THE STORE HAS HELPED US COORDINATE OUR MAJOR PURCHASES AND THEIR DELIVERY. WE LIVE OVER AN HOURS DRIVE FROM THE STORE AND WITH HER HELP HAVE MINIMIZED OUR TRAVEL TIME AND AGNST. THIS STORE FEELS LIKE A NEBORHOOD STORE AND TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS LIKE NEIGHBORS. WE HAVE RETURNED PRODUCT SEVERAL TIMES DUE TO OVERAGE OR POOR FIT FOR THE SPACE WE HAD (HAD TO GET A SMALLER CLAW FOOT TUB). THIS WAS HANDLED WITH NO PROBLEMS AND WE CONTINUED ON TO FINISH OUR HOME. THANKS!!!

The Richfield Store has friendly employees that are not hard to find and don't just point you in the right direction they go with you and personally help you find the item you are looking for. The store is very clean and neat.

I enjoy shopping at our local Home Depot, the store is always clean, the associates are always willing to help, and the prices are reasonable.

Upon entering the Home Depot Store you are greeted warmly by employees. The shelves are neatly displayed and the store is very clean. The Employees are always helpful and friendly.
