This store is very convenient for us. We live in such a rural area it is nice to have such a big store. It is always clean and well stocked. The employees are kind and helpful.

Andrea, at lumber checkout, is very good at her job.

Friendly

Staff was friendly and very helpful but not pushy. I needed a very specific quality of lumber which led to picking through the lumber. The young man who helped me quickly learned what I was looking for and helped me pick out what I needed board by board. Then at the register I had some budget problems and cashier Liz was extremely patient and very helpful to make adjustments to what I could buy. She was very understanding of my situation and never acted like it was a problem. Then several employees helped me return the items I could not afford. Not one of them treated me like it was a problem. Then one of them helped me load a difficult load. EVERY employee I encountered was helpful and nice. They turned a rather difficult and embarrassing trip to the store into a good experience.

They have a great supply of things, sometimes they're a little short handed, you have to wait to be helped.

In comparison with other big box home improvement stores, even other The Home Depot locations, this one is usually pretty pleasant. The employees are more knowledgeable than what you would usually find in other locations.

I went into the store today looking at flooring and was greeted by Jim asking if we needed help. I told him I was looking at flooring and he helped me understand the difference between the wood, vinyl and other flooring. Thank you Jim. He was so helpful and nice. I know it’s his job but it seems like the all employees at this HD always are so nice and willing to help and explain info to people without the pressure to buy stuff they don’t want.
