Well stocked and very nice to shop there. All the items we need to repair our summer home.

This is our go to Home Depot store now that we have moved to central Utah. Especially for my husband.

Andrea was extremely helpful to me in finding the items I was searching for, took additional time to answer all my questions, and provided information regarding the additional warranties, for the different products, I was considering on purchasing. Sincerely appreciated Andrea’s assistance, in my very pleasant shopping experience, at the Richfield, Utah store; and I will recommend others to shop here as well. Andrea, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

This is my second review in a month and this is polar opposite of my last one but it is on the same order I left the last review on. I ordered composite decking from Home Depot on February 24 to be exact I received most of my order fairly quickly. I was told the last eight boards of my decking would be here March 15, March 15 came and went I was told it would be here March 29, March 29 came and went. I talked to the pro desk several times getting nowhere I decided to go in and talk to an assistant store manager her name is Shelly on Friday April 2nd she told me my decking would be here Monday or Wednesday at the latest. That she would send a Home Depot truck up to Salt Lake to retrieve my decking by Wednesday at the latest. Wednesday came and went Thursday my husband and I visited the store again be cause we didn’t even receive a call on Wednesday from Assitant store manager Shelly. Ryan the other store manager was the one that helped us this time. He was going to make calls and see where the mixup was. We took it upon ourselves to call the manufacturing of the decking to ask if it was out of stock or what was going on. They told us they had plenty of decking and it was the fault of Home Depot and The decking representative. They also told us they had not been informed that we had been shorted out eight pieces or they would’ve sent it out no problem. And that they were shipping it out this next Monday. So what took Home Depot over a month to find out took us less than five minutes by calling the manufacturer. We then began discussing how we could change our deck so we didn’t need to wait any longer for the eight pieces of decking. Which I am not happy about. We then return to Home Depot where Ryan (other store assistant manager) refunded our money. So the moral of the story is if you want to buy composite decking don’t get it through Home Depot Richfield Utah or you will have to wait months or end up changing your deck plans. Ryan was the most helpful out of all the employees there and genuinely was sorry for what was happening to us. Needless to say after my visit with Shelly I never heard from her again. That is some very bad customer service. I think living in a rural area with not a lot of choices in home improvement stores they feel they don’t have to have great customer service which is sad for our rural community.

lucky to get help, lucky to get treated like a human being, lucky to get what you ordered and paid for in cash sent to your home, likely end up on back order for SEVERAL months.

Wes and Joe that work at the pro desk are very helpful and go out of their way to get your stuff here fast and for the best price. They also helped hand load all my decking which was 6 loads of stuff! They represent Home Depot well!

Clean store and helpful customer service!

They have what you need, but you may not get even a glance from any workers. None the less an offer to help. They also don't mandate masks.

I always like to go into the Richfield, Utah Home Depot. The store is always clean and well-stocked and the employees friendly and helpful. Being in this store makes me feel like I want to accomplish something magnificent at home!

Workers not taking COVID-19 seriously. Most keep their facemasks pulled down over their chin or don't wear one at all. Not cleaning checkouts. Leaning around protective plexiglass screens to talk closely to others. I am pretty disgusted by the lack of preventative measures being used there. I won't go back. Enter at your own risk.

Ryan was super helpful delivering and ordering new kitchen cabinets. I give him 11 stars and A+
