THE STAFF AT THE RHINELANDER STORE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND EAGER TO HELP. I WOULD RECOMMEND SHOPPING THERE FOR ALL YOUR HOME IMPROVEMENT NEEDS.

Employees were knowledgeable and took the time to help even though they were very busy.

Just need to get more employees and better trained in being polite to the shoppers, and the products they sell, also direct you to a person that could help you

Had great customer service from employee named Karley at the customer service counter. She was pleasant, patient and efficient.

Neil in the door department. was fantastic to work with. He understood our needs and was very knowledgeable about the products.

This review is to specifically recognize Michael, one of the employees at the Rhinelander Home Depot. He helped me lift an extremely heavy Masterbuilt grill into the bed of my truck, and went back inside to find a screw that was missing From the back of it. When we discovered a screw that had sheared off, he went in again to find another one fir me. This certainly made my life a lot easier!

Toni in the paint department was so helpful when assisting us! She had so much knowledge in regards to the differences in paint brands, finishes, and colors. She took the time to assist instead of leaving us to figure it out on our own. We bought 14 gallons of paint total, and she didn't bat an eye or complain! She had us laughing the whole time. We then checked out with Terrie who was also very friendly and helpful despite the 90 degree weather and humidity. It was a great experience which normally is not said when shopping with my husband.

This store never has any staff in it, and rarely if at all. So tired of never being able to get any help.

We always find friendly associates willing to help us find whatever we are looking for. The store is always neat & clean and well organized.

Your store and all the people working in it are top shelf...always! Whether it is questions on the phone, help finding something in the store, advice in using the products. I had to do major construction on my home over the past 7 years for my handicapped husband and the fact it was an old cabin needing updating or just regular care your people have always helped me 100%. As a woman doing what might be considered mens construction projects I have always been helped with valuable advice and success in projects. l have lived other areas and truly Rhinelander store staff are The Best-knowledgeable, patient, energetic and give great service with a smile.

I always have a project or two going on and this store is my "go-to" store to get the materials or tools that I need.

The associates are approachable, friendly, and helpful. They will help you look for what you need, explain details about products, and do not make you feel like you are imposing on them.

The Home Depot store hire and train knowledgeable people in every department. Their prices are competitive to the other stores with no knowledge of product. I will continue to use Home Depot for my home improvement projects.

Been putting off projects because I didn't want to shop during pandemic. Had trouble using online order so called the store directly. Nice lady who answered helped place order and went to the trouble of going to look when the computer showed less than I wanted. Her extra effort found what I needed on the shelf. She then set up curbside pickup. Thanks for helping me get a project done that had been on hold too Long

John in the appliance department was very helpful.

The Home Depot is always our first stop. Most Always find what we need, Staff are helpful and friendly. They also Honor Veterans Discount.

Was unable to visit the store and had to complete a special window and door order over the phone. Neil, the associate was excellent and made a complex order clear and provided me the detail so I could feel comfortable making a relatively expensive special order over the phone. Really appreciated his attention to detail and taking the time to make sure nothing was missed.

This location is always clean. The customer service reps are always helpful and courteous. We have had Matthew assist us a few times, he is always polite and friendly. The new head of the plumbing dept is also friendly and helpful.

The employess, Gary, Jack, and Brian are some of the most helpful employees I've ever dealt with!
