I had an employee look for a product through many boxes just to satisfy my urgent need and he did even though he already knew the product was not in the store. due to my urgent need he looked it up online and found where i could get it locally i wish i had his name but i dont

ALWAYS ENJOY A VISIT TO MY LOCAL HOME DEPOT. EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. REALLY LIKED THE CURBSIDE SERVICE WHEN THINGS WERE CRAZY WITH COVID-19.

Jessica was very friendly and helpful. She located the item we needed. Fore arm forklifts and took us to make sure we found them in garden!! Should be with moving/packing just a suggestion!!!

We had terrible customer service. I hate this store no help rude people and no more of my money.

Customer service did NOT exist at this store, nor were there any associates to offer it. I understand that during this epidemic things are going to be different and difficult, but it is for everyone. I shouldn't of had to make multiple trips into the store, on the same visit. Especially when I asked the customer service desk to page an associate to avoid doing so, a week later and I am still waiting for ANY associate.

Great Experience today. The associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything I needed was in stock! The store was well prepared for the covid pandemic.

Even thought there is a sign on the front door that says masks are mandatory, I would guess one in five people inside had one on. It's all about the macho Trump thing. The problem is, I don't care how macho the customers are, masks are to protect ME! It would be kind of cool if they would enforce the mask policy because that is the way we are going to beat CV-19. Having jerks running around breathing on things being exempt from the virus because they're so macho is just plain stupid. I did find the products I was looking for. Do you associates were very nice. The store was clean and easily navigable as usual and I will go back because I've been furloughed due to CV-19 and have plenty of time to work on home projects

this is the go to store for home repair supplys,THEY WILL HAVE WHAT YOU NEED,and they will be happy to help you find what you need

Every associate at the store attempted to order the item I wanted. No success, and no explanation available online for them. They were also frustrated. However, I can drive 240 miles to obtain the item, and may consider that a viable option.

Whether I'm doing an online order or dropping in unexpectedly, I always enjoy my visit to Home Depot :)

store was clean and the employee was greatful

Ordered over the phone for curb side pickup. I didn't receive any. had to go inside and then was told the order didn't say curbside and was not available that day ( called to verify my pickup 2 hrs earlier ). Ended up loading 18 bags of concrete and 6 12 ft 4 x 6 posts myself. When I told and HD worker I was immune suppressed I was told I should not be there. Yes I am one year out from a transplant and 65 yrs old that is why I requested curbside service.

Half the products on the shelf are missing & the other half is damaged. For your safety the employees were'nt stopping people cutting in line & doing whatever they want entering the store. If you want help you'll have to have them page someone twice. I can't believe the poor customer service here & the product.

Through all of this stress, of staying at home, this group of people, went out of there way, to keep providing a service, for all of us, still needing to repair our house, in the redding ca area, thanks to all of you courageous people!!!

The employees at this store are really great. They not only know their product fairly well, they know who I am, what my trade is, and roughly what projects I'm working on. They are unfailingly friendly, even in the face of rude customers. If you are a professional who expects your home supply store employees to be professionals also, this is the store for you.

I like to come here rather than going to other similar stores because I always find what I need and the employees are nice. However, I find that the employees are always changing. I would like to see familiar faces when I go.

We went to look for a electric fence controller. With many different sizes we were not sure which one to purchase. Armando was able to help us find what we needed.

I recieved excellent customer service today from two different employees at two different ends of the store. Something has shifted, I'm not sure what caused it, but I'm Definitely Loving It! Thank you Tom in Lumber & Gigi in Outside Garden.

We received attentive and caring customer service from Ally in the appliance department. She listened to what we needed in installing a new microwave. She was confident and knowledgeable about the product and the installation process. We really appreciated working with her. Ally was very personable and we left saying that we would love to work with her again. We also received great customer service from Violet the cashier that checked us out. She was attentive as well and personable. We left the store feeling good about the customer service we received.
