The purchase i made required the installation of the product. Both Rachel and Jonathan were great in going through the process of setting up the installation. The pleasant and helpful attitude they displayed was a refreshing flashback to the time all stores staff went beyond to provide great customer service. Its great to see and know that attitude still exist.

My experience with Mr. Jonathan was refreshing compared to my other experience at other stores where the worker was unconcerned with what I was looking for and did not know where anything was in the store or try to get help to find out.

It's a nice store, usually clean, most employees are helpful. Doesn't look like a high volume store so it's easy to find special sale items that are not sold out yet.

Randallstown Home Depot almost always has exactly what I need and parking is super easy. This is a great neighborhood asset!

When asked for help loading the purchased item in my car the young man literally waked the other way... only for me to find him chatting at the customer service counter when I was returning the items... I asked for the store managers name and contact info as well as the survey... I'm sure this is not common but it was definitely an inconvenience with such a lack of concern for your customers!

My recent experience at this home depot was very good. Sales person Jonathan R.G. was very helpful and patient with my wife and i while purchasing a washer machine and getting us the best price available.

They need to take their Employee to the eldersburg Home Depot store to see how that store is ran .
