The store needs to close!

There should be an option for "Sometimes". This store has days that are great and days the not so great. Overall, because it close and in my neighborhood I will tend to go to this or the Reisterstown location to shop. Generally if the Randallstown store customer service is not great or they do have products on the shelf that I am looking for I will go to another location.The associates do not reach out to customers, I find myself constantly looking for and asking for help. I look for maturity and knowledge of the department and not just someone standing there in an apron. In the last few weeks, I have received great customer service at this location, and I hope the trend and pattern stays favorable.

FIRST of all I'M so glad that they finally have a HOMEDEPOT in RANDALLSTOWN.The employees there are friendly ask you can they help you.I spent an hour on the computer trying to find an electric.I couldn't fine one and I got a head ace,so I decided to go to homedepot to find one.When I got there sales person KATHY asked to help me find one .We did I purchased it and the warranty and when let the store my head ace was gone.I thought my day was ruined until KATHY helped me.THANK YOU HOMEDEPOT!!!!!!!!!

This store provides outstanding customer service with knowledgeable staff on projects the customer may be working on.

The store was clean, I did not have to purchase anything from the paint department so i did not focus on that department.

Your employee was rude and has a nasty attitude. She didn't happen the situation professional and displayed her disgust with matter in front of my child. You do not act that way in public especially when there was a miscommunication on your company part. Homepot did not nail it.

Too many young people working at this location who don't have a clue as to what they are doing, or any customer service skills.

Home Depot Randallstown. Javon (an employee) went above and beyond to assist me in finding the part I needed to complete electrical work being done on my electrical box. Thank you Javon!

Plenty of stock is available. The store is relatively clean and organized. The sales people are helpful.

The store is well stocked with all the products needed, irrigardless of the project. The store is always fresh, clean and organized. whenever assistance is needed, knowledgeable assistance is always available. During this period of coronavirus, all employees participated to protect my health and safety.

I wish that I could go to the store everyday I like the atmosphere as well as home improvement which I am new to I just love it you guys have everything one needs to improve a home .

I wish I could give negative stars. I hated to even give one star. Went in with a bolt in hand. Just needed one exactly like it. Waited forever for an associate to help me. When one arrived, he had no clue about hardware. A customer ended up helping me. Wasted so much time. Product was unorganized so even when we knew what we needed, we couldnt find it. Won't be back to that store.

I had the worst experience at this store and felt disrespected during my visit. I didn’t find the associates to be respectful or professional. If you can find another Home Depot store in your area, avoid going to this one otherwise I encourage you to follow up with completing surveys in an attempt to improve services.

Avoid this store at all costs, especially when our safe and well being is a top priority across the nation. I promise it is worth it to drive to Owings Mills for Home Depot. This store did not have any wipes or bandsanitzer for patrons, was not cleaning carts, or checkout lanes. Not all staff we’re properly wearing masks and service was terrible. Specifically visited this location for the first time based on what was listed as in stock online and much of our list was not there. Took TOO long to find/page staff to help and they had no answers or support. So disappointed and frustrated in our experience today!

The Randallstown store service representatives are courteous and helpful.

The store is great along with the employees, I have been coming to this one for years for all my house and garden projects. Getting help in every dept., with no problems, I use to have an home depot card, with little interest years years ago but don't know what happen to the card. I'm looking into getting another one soon depending on the interest of it.

Mr. Steve in the paint department goes above and beyond to help customers. It's a blessing to have him working in this store

George in hardware is a great help to customer .

Managers are very disrespectful, The cashiers and stock folks are some of the best professional folks. I have had to go to the Home depot in Reisterstown just to avoid these managers at this store. I guest they let there title go to there heads once they get promoted. I have never gave any employees a problem respect them and I expect the same, especially since I'm spending my money there. I recommend only if you stay away from the disrespectful managers.
