Self Checkout Representative should be trained to place register out of service when card-readers are not functioning.

There was an employee whose name tag had George on it. I don't know his last name, but he was very supportive in helping me find the item I was looking for in the store. It was a distance away, and he walked me to it. I was in a hurry, so his assistance was very much appreciated.

Hey everyone if you need assistance in the lumber department make sure you ask for Dustin! He’s the man when it comes down to measuring, cutting the wood, and overall general knowledge if you building something. Dustin was exceptional and very informative! Will be back again for another project and most definitely asking for him personally.

EVERY aspect of my experience was DREADFUL!! I was in the store for over 30min and not a single person said one word to me. When I needed help, the checkout person reeked of marijuana and refused to even call for assistance. When a manager finally came, she never said a word to me. When I asked her to explain something, she said she wasn't going back and that she was done. This was BY FAR my worst experience and has turned me off of this HD. The store needs to be revamped, top to bottom.

No staff...they don't talk to you. I got no help at self check out. The young lady was on her phone the entire time.

I was in a hurry and needed keys made . As I enter the store I was greeted by a young lady. Greeted with smile and ask if she could help me something. I was impressed because I knew she was kinda new but she found the right machine and cut keys for me. Her name is diamond. I think this young lady is a star. I think Homedepot is lucky to have her.

All items at this Depot are relevant , reliable and ready for use

The current employees at HD were outstanding. I can't say the same for previous employees about a year ago but this team is super helpful and friendly; especially Katrina and Garnett! Want to see smiles and great service, see these two employees on your next visit!

New procedure at Randallstown, MD location self checkout lines. Customers are no longer allowed to scan their own items for purchase HD employees come over to your register to scan your items then walk away for you to pay. This is the dumbest thing I have ever seen! This is NOT self checkout!!!! I wonder if this is being implemented in all HD or just in “certain” areas. While the Randallstown store is less than 10-minutes from my home and I have been going to this location for years, I will not be returning.

How is a big box Home Improvement store so poorly stocked? Incompetence or they just plain 'ole don't care. My guess is a little of both.

I bought a GE refrigerator I love the look and the special discount was even better. I guess my refrigerator went up at the right time. Not saying I wanted it to . Just glad the sale was going on .Thanks Home Depot. Great job!

I've lived in this area for many decades and used this store as my number one place to shop for home maintenance items. It has a wide selection of products, has reasonable prices and, at most times that I've been there, a pretty good staff to shopper ratio. Help is easy to get, always courteous and generally knowledgeable.

I went into the store and could not get an associate to help. I went to the checkout and the cashier was on the phone; when I approached, she did not get off of the phone, but instead rang up my items, while on the phone! I waited for someone to help me with my items and never received any assistance. I requested a refund.

Just the right stuff to keep my drains running free and smooth.

The self serve propane storage has been removed and replace by locked cages. You can no longer pay for propane inside and then swap the tanks without an attendant. Problem is there are never any attendants available to help. It takes multiple calls for assistance and a 10 to 15 minute wait for someone to arrive.

Joyce at the customer service, the lifting crew, all went far and beyond helping me getting the portable air conditioner. I walked in stressed and walked out a very happy customer thanks to the awesome help I received. This is the first time I visited Randallstown. They got good people there. Blessings!

I went to this home depot to purchase a few power tools I needed for my new business. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nelson was very patient with me as I was in the store for 3 hours; he went above and beyond to find items for me and direct me to what I needed. I will definitely be coming back here again!
