We purchased an Kohler toilet. Nephi and Coleman were extremely helpful in retrieving it from the top storage shelf. While in the parking lot, we opened the box to check a measurement. When we opened the box, we found numerous shards of porcelain. The toilet had been broken during shipping. We returned the toilet immediately. Again, Nephi and Coleman had to retrieve another toilet from the top storage shelf. They were extremely friendly and patient. They even took the time to inspect the toilet before we left the store. What great customer service!!

Provo store is amazing. Even new hire summer temp employees go out of their way to be helpful. Prices are competitive, quality is good, service is excellent.

This Home Depot gets a tremendous amount of business, as our area is in the midst of a construction boom. Despite that fact, they have managed to increase the overall level of associate affability and dedication to customer service to an extraordinary level. I COULD shop at two other home improvement stores that are closer to my home. I willingly drive farther to Home Depot simply because they have a better selection and friendlier people.

Awesome store! Brook and Bree were beyond stellar! Infinite thanks on helping this rookie look like a pro building my first retaining wall! Jason the Manager was a class act and also Annie and Emma were so outgoing it made me feel like I was at Disneyland that's how it should be.

I had an online pickup with a bunch of items, including a 24' ladder. Tyler was incredibly helpful in helping me load my van and even helped me pick out the right straps so that I could safely transport the ladder home on the roof of my van. I also hadn't noticed until arriving at the store that part of my order wouldn't arrive until a few days later. Tyler helped me figure out what was in stock and took me through the store to find it. He was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.

Absolutely love this store. I have to drive 30 mins but worth it everytime.

I have two Home Depot stores near my home. I shop at both because of variety and type of goods available. I shop at the Provo store and at the Lindon Utah store because of selection and ease of pickup. It simply depends on what I am purchasing and whether it is ordered online or have an immediate need to pick up an item.

The store is clean and organized. There are many employees so you can always find someone to help. The employees are friendly and helpful.

There was enough employees around the store to be helpful. The cashier processed my return quickly and then directed me to the right part of the store to get my new items. I found the perfect moulding to finish my room. There were plenty of them in stock. The employee offered to go get me a cart. Great service!

I have ordered items online from The Home Depot in Provo, Utah many times. If the items are in stock, they are usually ready for pickup in just a few minutes. They will bring the items out to my vehicle and even load them if I ask them to. Items not in stock will be available for pickup or delivery to me quickly. I love their selection of Milwaukee and Husky tools. They sell individual Husky tools so I don't have to buy a whole set to get just one wrench or socket. The Provo store seems small but they have a lot of inventory in a small package.

The associates are always cheerful and willing to help me find the products I am looking for. Checking out is fast and easy even when it is crowded. Home Depot makes sure cashiers are always at each station which shows they are mindful of their customers time. Great store!!!!

This Provo store has a remarkable Pro Desk team! We worked with Aiden who replied to several emails with price quotes. Diligent follow-through from the quote process to helping us get everything ordered and finalized with the awesome financing offer we appreciated using for several thousand dollars worth of shingles. Aiden went above & beyond with impressive expertise and incredible courtesy. Other employees who helped us with various issues put forth a lot of effort to be helpful: Jay, Raf, Sierra, Jessica, Kirsten, Heather, Cindi & Dylan. All tremendously helpful.
