Always has what I need for my diy project

I bought a sheet of bead panel(that I wasn’t planning on buying)that would not fit in my suv. The associate was able to cut it in half for me and it fit perfectly! Also, I had an item that didn’t have a UPC, The cashier was able to help me locate the last product with a UPC so I could finish my purchase. Thanks for the great customer service!

I ran back into the store to grab a case of water and forgot about my injured arm but a cashier named Kevin with a huge smile noticed and approached me to take it from me before I got to the checkout. He not only offered to get me a cart but when there wasn’t one at the ready he walked me quickly to my vehicle so I wouldn’t have to carry it with my injury. That kind act of kindness is long remembered. The character of the young man shines through. His ability to feel empowered to go out of his way to help someone says volumes about the type of service oriented philosophy this Home Depot values and encourages in their employees.It’s moments like this that make me a lifetime Home Depot customer for myself and my construction company.

Tyler is Kitchen Design was extremely helpful from the very beginning of our interaction. I needed custom cabinets and he helped guide me through different products, upgrades and pricing. I haven’t received this kind of service at any other store. He kept his word and was very thorough.

I have become accustomed to really average experiences with Home Depot that rarely exceed my expectations, but on this occasion, the customer service I experienced with Alicia exceeded my expectations.

I bought tropical plants on a snowy night and two employees wrapped the long leaves so they would be safe transporting from my car to my house then helped me load them in my vehicle, I have had multiple people go out of their way to help me find whatever wasn’t in the store at the moment through Home Depot online and order it right there, I always feel like I’m being treated like I’m the only person in the store. The paint counter is exceptional, the flooring department has helped me so many times with so many projects and they don’t seem to tire of my questioning. Overall I feel positive every time I leave the store even if I have not had a perfect visit, the way I’m treated by employees makes me feel welcome and wanted and eager to return again. My first stop on purpose because it is often the only one I need.

The Provo HomeDepot has been my go-to store for DIY work at home for years. They stock pretty much everything I need. And the people are friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated how patient our cashier was with us and that he went above and beyond to help us. I also loved how quickly Home Depot delivered our product. The product felt pricy, but that might just be inflation!

Dealt with a smug arrogant assistant manager ARIC. Concerning on how I was treated even after I made it clear I didn’t like his interactions with me. Appalled! Awaiting to be reached out to by other leadership to see if the way I was treated is deemed acceptable

Always a great place to go for any products you need for home improvement. Easy in easy out. Employees are always friendly and helpful. And my wife loves to go and walk around and look at all of the tools.

Went to the Home Depot store to get top soil to fill in holes and the website had a different brand name from the store website with the same SKU number

Other stores are closer but it was worth the trip to have knowledgeable and wiling help available quickly.

I visit this store frequently and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Last trip had to sort and clean up 2 racks of lumber which frustrating as it was - I was almost done when store employee made me move out of them and forklifts way. I was so frustrated at that point I left a bucket full of misc products and cart of sorted lumber behind and walked out of the store

I love the Provo Home Depot! All of the employees are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This location always has what I need in stock or something comparable. I’ve never had a negative experience!

I've been going to this Home Depot for about 20 years. I know it pretty darn well since I need supplies about 5 times a week. While Home Depots are great, it is the people that make them extra great. This Home Depot has some of the best, friendliest folk you'll find. It hasn't always been that way so I have appreciated the management efforts over the past five years.

I love Home Depot !! But I sure get tired of the dam dogs running all over the store. There needs to be a NO dogs allowed policy so all of us with allergies not have to suffer.

I think this has the best customer service in utah valley. We go quite frequently since we’re fixing up an older house and are happy we’re so close to this particular HD.
