The Poulsbo Home Depot is a well managed store: clean, fully stocked, with friendly and helpful employees. I have just moved to the area from Ann Arbor, MI, where I rarely shopped at Home Depot because the employees were not very knowledgeable about products and they were very hard to find. I have moved into a fixer upper here and have needed to shop for supplies several times at the Poulsbo Home Depot. On every visit, departments are well staffed, the people were pleasant, knowledgeable, and eager to help. It's even a joy to talk to the cashiers at check out. I now look forward to taking the needs of my many projects to the Poulsbo Home Depot.

Your head cashier Terry is awesome and I really enjoy seeing her every time I'm there she makes me laugh and I have a great time spending my money this is the only Home Depot I'll go too !!

Worst HD ever. Rude employee in electrical called HD a "dump" and pushed me out of his way with a ladder.

Had a great experience at Home Depot. Trying to replace old shower doors and got some helpful information from the Bath dept. The best was being checked out immediately by Becky. She saw us in the long line of self-checkout and asked us to her register at the door. She was friendly, and cheerful. Customer service by her made us feel valued.

Help at Contractor Services (though I am not a contractor) was great - I wish I had his name, darn it. Terry in Hardware was very helpful.

The associates are always helpful. It seems the teamwork there is well rounded starting from the top down. I greatly appreciate that when I am unable to find a particular item, someone is there to try to help find it.

The store service has improved and enjoy shopping here. When needing some heavy lifting in the yard, I get help in timely manner most of the time and it all have been a pleasant experiences.

Store is in excellent shape: inventory is there and if not they will get it in promptly for you. Staff are very obliging, knowledgeable and patient. Love the fact that dogs, and therapy animals ar permitteed in there without a hassle. Gives the other customers a chance to get their "animal fix" as well as talk to the owners Thrilled that some many former military are employed, and found fascinating to see diversity and gender equality present.

We love our local Home Depot store. The employees are always friendly and helpful. We always have some sort of project going on, therefore make many trips each month to Home Depot. We are always pleased with our shopping experience.

Recently purchased a storm door with screen and love the quality of the door. The person that helped us with the door was very helpful and the Customer Service who helped us check out was very helpfull as well.

The employees at this store are friendly and helpful. The issue I had with this visit was with a Jen-Weld bi-fold door which had major factory defects hidden by the packaging. This is the second time in a row I've purchased a Jen-Weld bi-fold door that had factory defects hidden by packaging. My purchase previous to that was a solid core interior door that didn't have the door latch hole properly aligned with the striker plate on the jamb. We had to make repairs to correct this problem on site. The Home Depot employees have been great to work with and very accommodating. However, Jen-Weld has some QC problems at the factory that need to be addressed. Moral of the story, if you're buying a Jen-Weld door, take time to thoroughly inspect it after you unwrap it and before installing it.

I shop weekly at this store because it is closest to my home. Generally speaking, the store is fine to shop in, if I don't need help. But when I do need assistance, it's a challenge to find an employee. Also, I don't enjoy shopping with dogs around, not all owners keep their dogs out of my space....this store seems to allow any dog in the store, even though a sign says "service dogs only".

This is the store that is closest to our home. I always find it clean and well-lighted. Although in busy times finding some help can be difficult, I have always been able to get someone to answer my questions and they have always been knowledgeable about the items they sell.

Spent 6 hours and over $5000.00 there and the staff could not have been more helpful. They went out of their way to help us find everything we needed for our remodel.

My only complaint about the store in general is that the check out area is at the end of the store instead of in the middle as it is at other Home Depot stores. Everything else about the store is excellent.

Very frustrated not being able to cancel a special order, without moving mountains. Kina is an awesome employee, you need more people like her. Also, just made multiple calls on Monday morning and no answer! How can you do business like that? Did not find what I was looking for, the store was clean, I did get help and Kina was very friendly and helpful.

I’ve consistently encountered floor employees who were reluctant to get stuff from overhead. Today, I encountered one who refused to look for lumber that wasn’t on the floor, but was showing in stock outside. Not wasting my time there anymore.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they go out their way to assist and make my shopping experience pleasant and efficient. The shelves are usually well stocked. The store is clean and the aisles are uncluttered. The customer service is excellent. I returned a power tool that stopped working, expecting (as the warranty stated), that Home Depot would send it to a service center for repairs. Instead, the manager on duty looked at my purchase records and stated that since I was such a loyal customer, instead of sending the tool out for repair, he was going to give me a store credit so I could buy a new tool.
