Nice store, helpful staff.

Very clean and prompt service when the facility is well staffed. Glad to see more human beings than self check out machines this latest vist.

The store is clean and well-lit and generally has everything I'm looking for in stock. The greeters are friendly and the customer service has never once left me anything less than pleased. As if THAT wasn't enough, prices and quality are great, too!

I really appreciate this store location. The store is clean, the staff is helpful and more importantly they keep the shelves stocked!

The employees at the Poulsbo Home Depot are so delightful, helpful, positive, it is like going to a magical place.

Sad to give such a poor review. I generally like shopping at this store and give it high marks. However, in addition to the store being out of stock of 2 of the 3 items I needed, I encountered a safety hazard there this afternoon that had obviously existed from the previous day. Store management needs to do a better job of walking around and inspecting departments. I was surprised as safety hazards are not something I usually experience at this store.

I had an intricate plywood cutting project with about 15 dimensions. The first employee I saw was Manny. Even though he wasn't necessarily a part of the wood/cutting department, he said he'd be happy to handle it because he did know how to cut. He did a perfect job and provided exactly what I needed. Everything fit perfectly at our house. I was so grateful he just jumped in and got it done and I didn't have to search for a specific person. I've always had great experience with the customer service aspect of the Poulsbo store. Thank you Manny!

ONLY ONE Casher on a Saturday Morning REALLY Was directed to the self check out--I told them I'm not being paid to do their job and if the store want to give me a discount then I might use the self check out. But the way I look at it I'm stealing somebody's pay check. I pay full price for the items, I should get the full service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The employees were helpful in helping us pick out paint and a dishwasher!

Having a problem with a purchase beware... They will try not to honor the return policy... I purchased $200 worth of sod, I'll admit it looked a little sickly when I bought it but I was told that they would stand by it and guarantee it or I'd be able to refund it. It died. And when I went back in I was told by management that sod was not guaranteed so I had to fight for my refund... The manager called me a liar and was extremely unprofessional. I will never go back to this location if I ever go back to Home Depot...

I was very impressed by the offerings of masks, gloves and hand sanitizer at the main entrance. It made me feel safer than other stores I've visited recently.

My new favorite store is my new hometown store. Of all the HDs I've visited, this one by far has the friendliest and most helpful team members I have encountered. Plus, the store is clean and inviting, even the parking lot. We've ordered carpet, gotten paint, bought appliances, and of course picked up all our needs for jobs around the house. Never any issuing finding what we need or getting someone to help us find it. Thanks!

Why is it that every time I visit the store, I leave with higher blood pressure? Lets talk about my experience: I enter the store and pick something up from the low numbered aisles. Then I head to the building materials, where I have to search for a cart. But there aren't any in the aisles because they all have orders pre-staged on them. After accomplishing that impossible task, I find out that something on my list is in stock (i ALWAYS check now), but not in the bay where it is supposed to be? It's always hidden away. Often times there is product readily available, but the quality is so low, that it's not even good enough for the cull pile. The employees are great and always help me out, except for when the product is in some inaccessible location buried behind other products. Something changed within the last year, and this store has gone way down hill. Convenience and helpful staff are the only reasons I subject myself to the stresses of this store.

Great place to shop that has a well stocked garden area and tons of plantings. Many of these items are out of stock at other locations. Friendly employees and lots of cashiers made for an easy exit. I personally do not like self checkout lanes, and this store seems to have lots of cashiered lanes available. Never gets too crowded either, and convenient location with Walmart next door and lots of eateries closeby.

When Home Depot sells an appliance, they wash their hands of all responsibility for what they just sold. They're happy to take your money, but that's where it ends. For example, if you buy a $1000 washing machine & it doesn't work, don't call Home Depot, because they won't help you. Although the Home Depot paperwork says (and I quote), "we are truly honored to be your partner in this process!", they are a "partner" no longer. You have to call a number & after 6 layers of computer responses (if you have responded correctly to the ill-defined, not specific choices), you end up with a very poor connection to the manufacturer's call center in the Dominican Republic. When your call gets dropped, you get to start over again. After slowly & painfully explaining the situation to the english-is-my-second-language operator, you can get a replacement ordered ... to be delivered more than a month later.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Shannon in the appliance department. He went well above and beyond expectations. Taking time with patience and reassurance to answer our questions and find solutions to our problem. Could not be more Thankful. Thank you Shannon.

They were limiting the number of people in the building and had signs reminding people to stay 6 feet apart, which is a good thing. Unfortunately, that was the limit of the stores efforts to prevent community spread of the coronavirus. Only two of the employees were wearing masks. The employees were congregating around the social distancing signs to chit chat. On four separate occasions, employees approached to within a foot or two of me, two touched my cart to move it, and one touched me on my shoulder. The behavior of the rank and file employees shows that they are still ignorant of the importance of taking this virus seriously, and shows that Home Depot management just does not care about the health and well being of either their customers or employees beyond making the minimum appearance of concern without actually doing anything.

POULSBO Store #4741 IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND STORE EMPLOYEE ARE HELPFUL. IN THIS TIME OF CRISIS OF THE CORONAVIRUS. EVERYONE ONE WAS SO HELPFUL TO GET YOU IN AND OUT WITH NO RUSHING, BUT EFFICIENT AND WELCOMING TO COME BACK.

Amanda helped us in appliances. With multiple customers waiting for help she was attentive to everyone while showing concern for our time and satisfying our needs. There were a few hiccups in getting the appliance we were looking at, but she kept us informed and worked harder than we could have expected to get us supplied with our appliance and on our way quickly. Thanks very much for the great service.

The employees at Poulsbo Home Depot always greet with a friendly hello and a smile. Often I am approached to see if I need assistance. That is so appreciated. The cashiers are always pleasant as well as efficient. Makes the shopping experience a pleasure and stress free.
