The Poulsbo, WA, store was big and well stocked. Previously I shopped at the Silverdale, WA, store, but their selection of appliances wasn't that good. So I went to the Poulsbo, WA store - at the recommendation of the sales associate at the Silverdale, WA store, to purchase an electric range and a dishwasher. I found both - with help from Carol Carlson, Appliance Specialist, and purchased them both - and got an extra $75 off during the Fourth of July sale. Happy with my purchase.

So many stores have mediocre customer service but this particular Home Depot is always exceptional. Just had to point this out!

Angela, JC, Cody, Shannon, Alexander, She-Ra, Mike, and truly all the staff are amazing there. I have been coming in since they opened the store and the last two months Angela and everyone listed has made my experience every Monday thru Friday a fun experience, always helpful, and truly makes us all feel like family. If you need help designing a kitchen or bath remodel look for Jonna O'Dwyer in the kitchen section. Her design expertise, plus friendly and helpful demeanor make working with her very enjoyable. Plus the quartz countertop I was interested in was significantly cheaper than other competitors.

I love the Poulsbo store. I live on Bainbridge Island, so it's right in my hood. Between purchasing things for myself, I also research and specify products for friends, and for my interior design clients. I'm there rather a lot. I always receive excellent service. I was there twice this week. I was researching and waiting on news whether or not I needed a new refrigerator. I talked first with Cody about product and specifics. Two days later I was there making a purchase through Jonna. Each one was perfectly helpful. Now I'm just waiting for my new refrigerator to arrive. Then I'll be back for supplies for a new project.

I purchased lumber at Home Depot in Poulsbo, WA on 2/2/22. Veterans-don't look for your lumber purchase to receive the 10% discount anymore, Home Depot has gotten greedy and won't give it to you.

Walking into the store I realized there was no enforcement of Mask. I witnessed many customers with masks down and even an associate assisting a customer that was not wearing a mask. In addition walkways are super narrow with stuff crammed in them which makes it hard to socially distance when you are outside of an isle. Also many of the associates that I encountered avoided Eye contact, avoided asking if help was needed, or even when asked they would start walking away before a reply could even be given. Very much NOT a LGBTQIA+ friendly environment.

Bought a ton of pelletts and 10 bags were soaking wet, the rest I will have to see .

I visit home depot quite often and I don't ever have any thing bad to say about the stores or staff

The "new and improved" method for verification of military discount is a royal pain in the backside! Some of us are not allowed to have a phone with a camera due to security restrictions of our job. What was wrong with the old method?

I am very happy to have this Home Depot so close and that I can go to and find most of what I am looking for most of the time as far as my home goes. There is always something to repair replace or just improve on when you own a home. I find the employees to be very helpful and if they cannot help they try to get someone who can. I have visited there often in the last 3 weeks as I am having my house painted and have needed several things. Thank you for all you do and keep it up.

I dropped in later than usual, this time; The job had run long, and I was in need of a tool I had apparently lost a couple of years ago, or at least that's the last time I remember using it; The store was fairly quiet, and the crowds had gone home, so I had peace and quiet while looking around; A young fellow asked if he could help out, and, once I explained what I was searching for, he admitted he'd never seen one in the store, then proceeded to check out a couple of options; By golly, he came up with the modern version of my search item! This guy must be in his early 20's, but he uses his noggin and did me a fine favor; I think the new tool may even work out better than the old one; Thanks, Home Depot!

Although the store itens are not very well organized, the Poulsbo Home Depot most definitely has the friendliest, most helpful staff of just about any kind of store I've been to! What a difference it makes to receive outstanding customer service! Well done!

Be mindful of the prices your charged at the checkout.

The staff at this store is friendly and the department personnel know their products and services. We were able to get the assistance we needed in appliances, kitchen & bath, flooring and lumber. I could go to other stores in the area but specifically choose the Poulsbo store for the wonderful help their staff have given me over the years.

I have shopped in this store on a number of occasions and have always been treated with respect. The people in this store are A1 as far as I am concerned.

A fine store. Daniel is an excellent manager and the staff are well versed and helpful. We have focused our shopping on HD and enjoy hte experience.

Treated rudely and unprofessionally by Mike upon entering the store. Instead of assisting me with an armful of merchandise to return, he actually laughed at me and belittled me for standing in the wrong line. Perhaps the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered at this home store. Never apologized when confronted about this and actually became more rude towards me. Attempted to talk to the store manager, but she wasn’t available twice when i asked to speak with her. Would not recommend this store based upon its rude employees, especially Mike!

I purchased a riding mower by phone. The staff member I worked with was friendly and helpful, and made the whole experience a pleasure.

I spent approximately 1 hour with Billie in the Home Depot store (HD) in Poulsbo, WA during the online purchase of tile, 2 Kohler cast iron sinks and 2 Kohler 2-Handle faucets. I had previously tried to purchase these items online from home, but was unable to complete the purchase because the sheets of Carrara Mosaic Tile needed (44) did not match the number (23) available in the Poulsbo store. To complete the purchases, Billie did the online order and contacted the HD in Silverdale, WA for their 12 tiles. While I am still 9 tiles short to complete the number needed, Billie provided customer service beyond my expectations. I'll be returning to the Poulsbo store for my future remodel needs because of her efforts.

Purchased a log splitter and realized we needed a gas can at the register. An employee ran and got us one so we didn't have to leave the line and check out again. Superior customer service!
