Store did not properly stock an item listed as having 500+ in stock for over one month. I even asked an employee and he did nothing to help other than send me alone on a wild goose chase that left me empty handed. Ended up having to get something 5x as expensive. Store still gets a 5-star because of excellent service from employee Da-Sean. He went out of his way to help me.

Arlene was extremely helpful and supportive— she is the reason the store gets 3 stars. This review would have been much lower without her. Another associate was not following health rules and half of their succulents and indoor plants were dead or dying.

Items were easy to find.

5 star for the employees they are always great.

The store not was clean and the product you can find

Great service!! Elizabeth did a great job and the associate in gardening was quick and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised at fast we were in and out with everything we went for.

I was overly pleased with this visit to Home Depot. I’m usually very happy to shop here but this time was a very nice visit. Employees were there to help when asked, easy to find, went above and beyond to help. Additional employees that happened to be walking by made a point to ask if we needed assistance or were being helped. The employee that directly helped me not only helped load my pellets on to my cart but also asked if I needed help bringing them to the register, my vehicle and help loading them into my vehicle. I respectfully declined but it was a nice gesture. During these times with the coronavirus pandemic going on, this store stepped up impressively. Thank you all and keep up the great and professional work. You are appreciated.

We purchased carpet that was installed to perfection. The men worked so fast and hard. The selection of carpet was very nice, and worth the cost.

If you ever go into the store in north road ask for Amanda.......she is great.

Every time I stop in this store, it seems to be a little better than the last time. It is cleaner. Things are organized on the shelves. Workers all seem to know what they are talking about and give great advice, and so many of them are smiling. They smile and great you in passing in the aisles. Sometimes when I am stopped in front of a display thinking, a worker will stop and ask if I need any help. It seems to be a very customer focused store.

The service in this store is absolutely amazing. They seem to be adequately staffed so that there are employees to assist customers. In this day and age when staff is often cut to a minimum it is great to have enough employees to assist. And not only are they there they are pleasant and helpful. I appreciate that!

Always a pleasure shopping here, the employees are always very helpful and friendly, and the cashier very helpful and concerned about my lifting heavy salt bags and offered me assistance in loading them in my vehicle, I think her name was Annamay, very nice lady, well that's about all.

I am always impressed with the friendly employees asking if you need help, or just saying hello, and especially nice was the young lady who was my cashier, she was extremely friendly and personable, big smile helps to reinforce my shopping at Home Depot.
