The staff was so helpful and friendly it felt like a grand opening, but it was not. This store has been here forever. They've really made a big effort to focus on customer service. Very nice shopping experience.

I had a PHENOMENAL Experience at Store #1266 yesterday! The store was SPOTLESS & each of the 7 employees we came in contact with, were welcoming & helpful! IDK of a time an employee, has ever provided such an INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE to me, but Thank You Alex T & ASM Nikki, you redeemed my faith in HD & gained a CUSTOMER for life!

Always able to find what we go for.Staff are always helpful and courteous.

Home Depot is the best for home owners!!!!!!

The store was busy, however in the lumber dept. there was at least 3 people willing to help. My visit included having wood cut . Mr. William Ace the gentleman who helped me was courteous and friendly and a fellow veteran. My time spent in the store was quick and 2 minutes online. A team meeting was going on while I was on line. The limited time I was checking out I noticed every one happy, employees and customers. It made a great impression. Thank You

Great store. IN stock items are plentiful. The store is staffed with pleasant helpful associates. We talked to one of your employees the last time we were there as we knew. We asked him how he liked working for Home Depot as my husband might be looking for a new job. He said how much he loved working there. @

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY MOST RECENT VISIT TO HOME DEPOT. THE SALESMAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGABLE, AND PROFESSIONAL.

Beware when buying tools! Husband bought a Ryobi planer and when he opened the box it had so obviously been used... Sawdust all over, blade missing, no operators manual, dirty. Extremely disappointed!! Shouldn't happen!

Unfortunately your store is more easily acessable to me, than your competitors. This last shopping trip, as other times in the past, your associates appear to run away from customers. Any time I have been in your store I have never had an associate approach me and offer assistance.

JUST BOUHT A GENERATOR , HAD HELP GETTING OFF THE SHELF AND RIGHT TO MY CAR NO FUSS NO PROBLEMS JUST PLAIN GOOD COURTIUS SERVICE (JASON) FROM THE FLOOR AND THE CASHIERS AND SERVICE DESK ARE ALAWYS THER TO HELP YOU. HOME DEPOT IS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO SHOP!!!

I found everything I needed on my recent visit. The store aisles were neat and clear of obstructions. Very helpful and friendly employees. I like shopping this store.

The store was clean and the personal were very helpful. One thing you might consider adding is maybe 2 parking spaces or more depending on the store size dedicated to Veterans. These would be near the handicap area with signs saying "Veterans Parking Only". There are Veterans that aren't handicap and would not use the handicap spaces but could use the support of your stores in showing appreciation for them.

It was a welcome shopping experience. The store seemed to be concerned with the current health conditions we are in by providing the necessary universal precautions. This store is customer friendly a plus.

I've never had a bad experience with Home Depot. Been shopping here over 20 years and have always been able to find what I'm looking for. And, all associates I've dealt with over the years have been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. No associates wanted to help. When someone was finally willing to provide assistance, they were unsure of what to do due to lack of experience, which is fine. However, they paged a manager for help who said to “figure it out”

Sometimes hard to locate a person for certain sections but thats only cuz they are probably helping other customers.. so be patient and wait cuz it'll be worth it ALOT OF KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF And tons of products for the needs... ship to store option online DEFINITELY helps.

The Cashier Dawn is the worst - very rude and unprofessional. I will shop somewhere else.

The workers are very helpful, and the store is well stocked and well organized.

Hardly ever a wait, always clean and safe. Especially in this time of pandemic. I have two other HD Stores on my commute but I always go to this one because the service is always efficient and friendly. When the website says there are "4 of this item in stock" they are always spot on with their inventory.
