had help finding things was walked right to what i was looking for it made shopping so much easier

I was very satisfied with the help I received from Alex and Connie in the appliance dept.tonight. They were patient, knowledgeable and found exactly what I wanted .

Christine in the kitchen design department at the Riverside location in Portlannd, Maine is terrific. A wealth of information, patient, helped guide us to the best product for our needs and best of all recommended the pro card which saved us a bunch of money. We had a terrific experience with her. We can't wait for our cabinets to come in.

This store always has what I need. It's not close to my rental property, but when the local stores don't have what I want, I can always find things here! Convenient, yet hidden, location right near the highway. Made my day to find just what I needed when no one else anywhere around had it! Great store!

I love this store. I have been renovating my house and the people there are always happy to help me figure out what I need and also happy to help me out when I find out that ONE AGAIN I have bought the wrong thing. They don't ignore me because I am not a contractor or because I am a woman as some places do.

This store made something right for me even though they did not have to. Now, I will drive from Lewiston to Portland for big things, rather than to the Auburn store near me.

The Portland Maine store #2401 has excellent employees and a great place to shop.

The associate at the window and door department gave me excellent customer service. It was a very good experience. On the same visit I was given great service in the paint department. I decided I’d drive out of my way to go to this Home Depot again. It makes such a difference in a shopping experience.

Employees were willing to help me find the merchandise. They also provide the information I needed to make my purchases. Dakota was an unbelievablele person who helped me through purchase and discount of a damaged item. She provide me with allk the paperwork needed to understand the process involved.

I had a great experience today with employee Staci and Sue. They both answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The product ( Troy built riding mower ) was the right price for my need. Again the employees gave me the confidence in buying what I needed.

Knowledgable and helpful staff. I'm building a shed for the first time and several employees took time to look at my plans and make sure I was buying the right materials.

Always clean, always friendly, and no problems with returns.

I was helped by 2 clerks, Doc and Jake, they were very knowledgeable and patient with me. I had an idea for a solution to correct an issue in my kitchen. They both gave me guidance, showed me the necessary products, and simplified the solution. Made me feel like I could definitely tackle it. I finished it and it looks great. Better than I could have imagined. I felt empowered! Next project?

The employees in this store go above and beyond to give great customer service. Multiple times in the paint department they have taken the time to make sure I leave with everything I need. Not always an easy task when it comes to paint colors. Peggy and George recently at the checkout helped me with a rebate form that the print was so small I couldn't read. In the summer the out door garden center associates are always very helpful. Please continue to recognize these outstanding associates. Great customer service in my opinion is becoming more difficult to find all the time. Low prices and great customer service will keep me coming back for sure!!

Two weeks ago I purchased a Rheem hybrid water heater at this store and experienced the best customer service! The plumbing specialists at this location really know their stuff - they went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed to get this install done right, and I appreciate their help.

Not only is the store spacious, but the parking is ample. The store is easy to access from two different streets as well. The employees were knowledgeable and cheerful and help get things done quickly and efficiently.

Alex in doors, windows and lumber was immensely helpful and went the extra mile cutting foam insulation to size which was above and beyond usual service. Couldnt have gotten the parts home without his help. Thanks!

Outstanding customer service with tool rental team.

Went in to buy an item that I saw online and it said that it was in stock. Item was in stock on the shelf but at a higher price then the internet regular price, was not online at a sale price just the regular listed price. Tried to get the price matched to the regular online price and had pushback. I was told I could buy it online and do in store pickup and it would be the online price not the higher in store price. Eventually got the price matched but with more hassle then expected.
