STORE WAS GREAT

excellent service from the staff. The store was clean and well organized. I always enjoy a walk through the garden area to inspire me to tackle new projects!

I accidentally entered that i as not satisfied with store personnel, that was incorrect. I was satisfied, the program would not allow me to go back and correct it. I purchased a Ryobi 15” pressure washer surface cleaner and it worked better than I expected right out of the box. Hope it hold up. Beats the heck out of using the wand head and cleaning the cement with tiny strokes. I did my garage in 10 minutes tops.

Grate serving for costumers

Sunday morning only one cashier open, self check out was closed. I was the second person in line took me 15 minutes to check out in a line kept growing behind me. Poor customer service in my book.

They had the outside heater I was looking for and employee helped me find it and it was reasonable price.

I was in a hurry, and as soon as I walked into the store an associate named Albert made sure that I was able to find everything on my list, get in and get out as efficiently as possible. He knew where to find everything I needed, and he made sure that I got everything on my list. Then he took the time to give me directions to the next location on my journey, as I am not from Porterville, and I had other stops to make before heading back up to the mountains. Overall, it was the best experience that I have ever had in a big box store.

This store is outstanding! Crystal ,Debra, Ishmael, Patti, Julie, Niaomi and Elenor are a big part of why this store stands out from the rest! The customer service is outstanding. I am a frequent shopper and I always choose Home Depot in Porterville. Thank you for all the great customer service!

The only reason I'm giving the home Depot a 3 stars is because this young man name Albert has great customer service always there to help BUT sadly they have him outside pushing carts instead of having him inside where people could easily find him and get help! So if anyone goes there and is needing help look for Albert he will be more than happy to help you and he also provides great customer service great attitude and will help you till you got everything on your list!

I had an amazing experience at this store at the return/ customer service desk. I returned an out of stock fan without my receipt and they took the time to find a fair solution to my problem. They seemed to truly care that they do right by the customer. This is the best experience I have had in a retail store in a very very long time.

I appreciate the times that I've visited Home Depot and How friendly and helpful the employees are and How clean the store is, the willingness of how far the associates go to help customers. Associates like Justin, Julie, Naomi, Erica, Laura are just a few that have been helpful during my visits.

I enjoy going to The Home Depot in porterville, very great customer service. Right when I walk in employees are asking if I need any help in finding anything throughout the store. Great place to shop for home empowerment’s totally a five start store.

I needed tin snips, and had no idea what to buy. An associate walked me through the different sizes and types, helping me get the right tool for the job.

The store is always clean - and fully stocked. and the employees are friendly.

WHAT I ENJOYED MOST ON MY RECENT VISIT, IS THE EMPLOYEES KNEW THE PRODUCTS IN THEIR SECTION/AREA. YOU COUL ASK EMPLOYEE FOR HELP AND IF THEY DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS, THEY INSTANLY FOUND SOMEONE TO HELP YOU MADE SURE THAT EMPLOYEE WAS THERE BEFORE THEY LEFT YOU. THE MANAGER IS A VERY PLEASANT MAN WHO ASKED IF HE COULD HELP ME, AND HE DID, AT THE TIME I DID NOT KNOW HE WAS THE MANAGER. BUT I HAD COMMENTED TO HIM HOW NICE THIS STORE IS COMPARED TO ANY IN LOS ANGELES. UNFORTUNATELY I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO PURCHASE THE APPLIANCES I NEED SO I WILL PROBABLY ORDER OR LINE OR NEXT WEEKEND WHEN I AM IN TOWN.

Products are always easy to find.. staff is always feiendly.. definitely recommend this store. Always clean and organized.
