Everything was fine till checkout and asking for veterans discount. Andrew the cashier ask for the app. Me ??? I knew nothing about your app to get a veteran discount. He was rather rude about me not having an app. for the discount. Not even explained about where and how until I asked about it. Rudely he said he’ll give it to me like next time I’ll be out of luck. Lowe’s is my choice for veterans shopping.

Staff was very helpful during my checkout process for my new lawnmower. I applied for a Home Depot CC to save some $ on my purchase and the staff member who assisted me was very knowledgeable and made the process very easy.

I had no idea that my bed wasn't the right one for me. I went to Mattress Firm and with the help of a very knowledgeable associate got to know other beds. I'm glad that I did. My new bed is on the way and I'm looking forward to better sleep.

The cashier named Rebecca is such a great rep for your store. PROMOTE HER! Good help is hard to find.

I am over 65 years old, doing construction all my life and have spent a large portion of my life in Home Improvement/Hardware stores. I have not had one bad experience at this store over my life. Can’t say enough about the quality of the people they have hired. They are the face of the Home Depot corporation and they represent it very well. To the average consumer the CEO or other corporate officers have no impact on their feelings about the store. It is the individuals you interact with the makes or backs a company. You have hired well.

I know that when i go to this store, I will be greeted by a friendly, professional staff, The store is very clean and well organized. The associates are more than willing to help and answer any questions. Check out is always a breeze. To sum it up, I never waste any time in this store because they have everything covered. Quartey products at fair prices and I know I will find what I want. I drive over 40 miles round trip to this store and don't mind at all.

I needed to buy a washer in a hurry when mine suddenly stopped working. The staff in appliances was pleasant and helpful. She was knowledgeable about all the products. She answered all my questions clearly and made it so easy to understand my options and make a great purchase. Scheduling delivery was easy and their delivery guarantees were more than fair.

We went to find an over the range microwave and Taylor took the time to shop with us and explain the differences between each model.

I went in to find the outdoor Solar Christmas light stakes. They had just arrived at the store , and Jim from outside lawn and garden and Ashley HR, we r out of their way to locate the products and bring them out from receiving.

When my husband and I were looking for a specific tool chest the employees at Home Depot were so kind in helping us. First we were greeted by Nancy and then Lillian helped us find what we were looking for. It was high on the shelves so she helped us find someone to get it down. Joe helped us get it loaded and even helped load it in our van. Nancy checked us out and was so sweet. Every staff member we encountered that day was so helpful.

Ever since I have shopped at this store I have not had a bad experience. Everyone is very friendly and helpful if needed. I really hate to brag but probably one of my favorite stores to go to and fairly close to home.

Tonight I went into Home Depot in portage Michigan to purchase some more Halloween items. I had been in already a few times and my husband and I where recognized by the associates. They where friendly and ready to help us and greeted us the moment we walked in the door. Maddie K, Lucinda and Andrew went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out with everything from questions we had, checking out and applying for the store credit card. This level of amazing customer service isn’t seen much and I appreciate it immensely. I will be a repeat customer as will my husband based just off this. Thank you.

I bought a NEW DeWalt power washer and when I took it out of the box it had been used. Oil still in it. Also spray paint went up over 40% overnight as well as other items. No warning. Good employees. Well stocked in general.

Our fridge went out, Dana was helpful but did not hover. I went back and made sure to work with her. Friendly and knowledgeable she made sure I was happy with my purchase and made it quick and painless.
