I have been going to Home Depot for years to get my materials and have never been disappointed. I have enjoy the fact they let me bring my dog Charlie in with me. Employees see him and I coming and yell out Charlies here. It shows how many times we go there. If I mention that I need to go to Home Depot, he will get excided and run to the door. I love it and makes his and my day. Thank you Home Depot.

Was well please with the help and courteousy of the employees throughout. Employees are 5 stars, I am not pleased that Home Depot guarantees lowest price, but they are not, especially when they discontinued the 11% match.

Being mislead and disregarded by cashier Tea to maintain a false narrative should be frowned upon and ill advised when dealing with loyal customers.

The staff at this store is fantastic and always love the cashier Nancy who is always going the extra make to make sure all your stuff is right and you got what you need. My main store to go too while in Portage/Kalamazoo area.

I needed help ordering something and Alison behind the service counter went the extra mile to really make sure I got what I wanted at the price advertised and delivered.

The employees at this particular store go above and beyond their call of duty to please the customers, make them feel welcome and to find what the customers need.

All the employees at home Depot were very helpful very friendly everybody greeted me. Andrew from lumber helped me out with my plumbing needs and was very helpful.

Got help easily from 5 store employees and was in and out in 10-15 minutes. Also got verbal tutorial to show me how to fix my problem! Unusually excellent experience!

Dog -friendly people! Our rescue dogs know which way to go when we arrive. We shop here because we never have to go far, or wait long, if we need assistance, and if someone doesn't know, they know someone who does.

I am a 68 yr old woman who decided to install a chain link fence and driveway gate myself. Having no previous chain link fence experience I watched the Home Depot videos and headed to the store. I was assisted by two of the most helpful, courteous, employees I have ever met. Luc and Mattie K were awesome and really helped make my shopping experience a good one. They knew their job and did it with professionalism, respect and kindness. I appreciate them and their hard work. They are an asset to your organization for sure. PS My new fence are gate are awesome and my dogs love it as much as I do!!!

Please train your customer service staff, this store lacks diverse representation and happy employees.
