I live on Cape Cod and The Plymouth store isn’t the closest to my house, but I will continue to drive the extra 40 minutes to this store as the customer service I receive at this store is crazy awesome! The store is clean and organized. Everyone is so friendly and the knowledge of the help is great. I recommend the Plymouth store for all your needs.

Nancy Bell,Interior Designer Kitchen and Bath, was simply amazing in designing our kitchen cabinet. Nancy was relentless in answering our questions and her knowledge had great insight to our final design. This was an exceptional customer experience and Nancy was the reason for us being so happy with this design. We will recommend Nancy's skills to all our friends that are looking to remodel their kitchen and bathrooms.

The gentleman named Ronnie was a great help in the lumber area. He cut some plywood for me and he did not rush me as I thought about the measurements, you know : measure twice, cut once. Ronnie even suggested great ideas to help me with my lumber project. He made sure I had everything I needed. I had called prior to arriving and he told me to look for the guy with the blue hat. I will be looking for Ronnie with the blue hat next time I need some lumber. It is nice to know that knowledgeable, friendly people exist, and still believe in customer service.

Extremely helpfull and courteous. Questions were asked in a timely manner. Could not have asked for a better experience. Manager John was outstanding at helping me.

Friendly staff and usually organized and clean. Smooth check out process and never have to wait too long which is nice especially if you are with kids.

Marilou at the Service Desk was extremely helpful with my return that arrived damaged to my home. After finding my item in the door department, I asked her to cash me out. She did not hesitate to assist me. Marilou has been with the Plymouth Home Depot for 17 years. You can feel her positive energy and passion for her job.

Staff was great and it is easy to find the items you want. If you cannot the staff can easily point you in the right direction.

Just went in for a pkg of screws. Was fine had what I wanted

Trying to get a product off the shelf and a staff member came over and use a lift machine to help me out.

Normally I have received excellent service from all employees at this location. I have a credit card and make use of it often. Normally, the service is excellent. This time it certainly was not the employee at the register in the garden center who was at fault. There were no other registers open and no one in sight to help! Employee was patient and apologetic.

FRIENDLY, HELPFUL PEOPLE AND CLEAN STORE

My 4/26/19 visit was better than usual. The employees were great to deal with (beginning with Bob as he greeted us at the door) to our cashier Barbara whom was extremely nice and pleasant to deal with.

I go to home depot for all my materials, they always have my items in stock.

Dylan went the extra mile in lighting by searching for the correct replacement bulbs I needed - he knew just where all the products were and made sure I left with something that was compatible to the brand of bulb I had.

Im in homedepot 3 -4 times a week and my two cashiers I usually get are mariellen and Jennifer , and I always have a great experience with them both they are friendly and have s great customer service attitude it’s always s pleasure

Store was clean and the associates were all welcoming. Bradford and Nathaniel at the front end were tremendously helpful.

I hadn't been in for a while, so I noticed that the store seemed better organized and easier to navigate.

Had everything you could possibly need in stock. Staff was easy to find and very helpful.

Nice store, plenty of parking, conveniently located (for me).
