People in the lumber section do their best to avoid you. I wanted to get lumber cut and the person there said they don”t cut wood shorter than 1 foot long and thus cannot help me. I will not be shopping here again.

The employees at this store are very friendly and helpful. The merchandise is almost always in stock and the store is neat and clean.

Best store in Massachusetts. Amazing people work there. Always helpful, polite and courteous. Some are more experienced, some are less, but always helpful and that is what ultimately counts.

Usually the Home Depot in Plymouth, MA is fine, but after I spent over $1,100. and waited 5 days for my grill to be assembled recently, the store called to tell me they “gave away” my assembled grill to someone else. Then they told me I had to wait to hear from them in a few days when another would be ready for me. No call, no email, no news, until a rude woman named “D” called 4 days later to tell me that I had to get to the store in the next day or two to pick up my grill. When I tried to tell “D” that this was the first I knew about the grill being ready she was very rude, wouldn’t listen to me and basically said that she was doing me a favor by “extending “ the time I had to pick up the grill. I’ll think twice about shopping at this Home Depot again. Luckily there’s a Lowe’s not far from here, too.

If you are ever in the store look for Paul at the check out area! What a class act and stand up guy! So great! Just a genuinely kind person!

It's a typical Home Depot but the employees are all so friendly and helpful. Several items I needed were out of stock, but they were able to locate them at other HD's; and the things I ordered ahead were waiting for pickup -- so easy! Best of all, Bobby and Johnny helped me load up my truck, they were great!!

The store was clean and well stocked. Justin was very helpful to us even though he was cutting boards for someone else he took the time to tell us where we could find the product we were looking for. The product was exactly where he said it would be.

Home Depot gives great value of products compared to the same products at other surrounding stores.

Never have had a bad experience with Home Depot. Salespeople are extremely helpful and friendly.

I went to buy a ride-on mower that was originally listed at $1,299.99. In the time I went to do some research on the mower the price was raised to $1,449.99. It's retail, I get that that kind of thing happens. When I asked about the mower the cashier, Susan, sent me to an employee, Brian, who was friendly but ultimately clueless on where to find the ride on mower and tried to tell me that inventory could be wrong. Even though the inventory said there were 5 in store, he said that when inventory is that low it could be messed up. He then ended up finding the mowers outside behind the mulch and told me he couldn't get to them. When we figured out that the $1300 mower was now the $1450 mower I went to but it and Susan tried to correct the price for me. When she couldn't correct the price she called on the MOD. The MOD said the price couldn't be changed. She then tried again and told the MOD it says $1,299.99 on her price checker. Finally, after 3 times to tell her the situation, Bonnie, the MOD came to the register and, without asking to clarify the situation or get the whole story, she put two phones in my face and said "See, the price is $1,449.99. What you saw was last year's end of the season price." I told her it was the week before and she rolled her eyes and said. Look, your choice is you can either let Susan give you a $50 allowed discount or you can save $100 by opening a Home Depot Credit Card." When I told her I already have a Home Depot Credit Card she snapped back "Open another one then!" Seeing as I had a $300 gift card I still went to purchase the mower and Susan was an amazing person, apologizing and coming to help put the mower in the truck. We asked about the manual and was told it was customer service. Megan, the woman at customer service gave a nasty attitude from the beginning saying she has no idea where the manual was. I told Susan that I knew where an open box was and she told me to just grab it. Arriving home we realized that the key to the mower was missing. I called back and was put on hold and then hung up on TWICE! I went back to the store and Megan, again with a nasty attitude, tells me she looked everywhere and could not find it. She said that they'll keep looking and call me back in a couple of days if they find it. IN A COUPLE OF DAYS! I told her absolutely not and that I wanted to speak to the manager - who of course was still Bonnie. But Bonnie did not come out but instead the overnight MOD Eric. Eric came out with a super positive attitude and told me he would make this right. Frustrations grew with both of us as he continued to run into the same roadblocks, no one knowing where anything is, until Eric finally grabbed an extra ignition key that they sell, tried it out, when it worked he gave it to me and said "Here take this. I am so sorry about everything." and the saga was over. I can't honestly recommend this store to anyone.

We have been very happy with the level of customer service we have received. I would highly recommend, Gayle, our kitchen designer. She was incredible explaining all of the options available to us and kept tweaking the design to perfect it. We met with her three times for a total of 10 hours and couldn't be happier with the design plan. HD also beat out several other stores with their pricing and promotions. We also met with a very knowledgeable young man in the tile dept. who helped us purchase tile for our laundry room. We've found that everyone is very friendly and eager to help.

the woman who helped me in the kitchen cabinet area, tall blonde, was very friendly and helpful the woman who operated the "forklift" that brought my cabinets down off the rack was also very friendly and helpful Noah, the cashier who checked me out, was very friendly and asked to make sure i'd found everything i needed

I go way out of the way to go to this Home Depot as the people are the greatest. There is another store much closer but the service aspect is unmatched. Great bunch of folks in Plymouth

Purchased stove and refrigerator. The sales associate explained each appliance in detail. There was no rush. Time was spent explaining delivery process with detailed check off list for purchaser to assess appliances for defects or problems. Phone numbers provided for questions, concerns, delivery issues, date changes etc. The associate had total focus on customer as well as attention to accuracy and data entry in computer. The delivery company was also professional, careful, and efficient. I was called when they were close to my home to say that they would arrive shortly. It was professional, well done experience in major appliance purchase from Home Depot, Plymouth, Massachusetts. Highly recommend for appliance purchases. All phone contacts, questions, concerns were answered. Associates professional, courteous, non rushed and friendly. Store clean, organized with prices and sales well marked.

Always have everything I need in stock. Employees are Awesome! Any questions I may have are answered promptly, and never a problem. Been going to this store for a Long Time. Store is always clean. To me, the Home Depot is the only option for home improvements.

Staff is generally very helpful and pleasant with occasional exception in rental dept. Store is generally orderly and clean with some dusty stock. They're sometimes short-staffed.

The day I went everyone was kind and attentive. I did not have to go searching for anyone and checking out was a piece of cake with the person running the register.

This store has incompetent workers and managers! Store is selling defective and damaged merchandise and REFUSES to issue REFUNDS!!! Store is dirty and manager “Bonnie” does not care about the safety of customers.

This Home Depot store has always been my go to home improvement store. I highly recommend this store for all your home needs and projects. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable and always ready to help you as best they can. Great prices and courteous service.
