In store help fantastic. On-line or phone assistance needs improving.

Asked for help from two different Home Depot employees in the hardware aisle this evening. The first told me he would overhead page someone to assist me. Never heard a page, no one showed up. Second HD employee came down the aisle with woman helping her, I waited to ask him for help, he looked up and asked if I needed to pass, I said know, I had some who was supposedly helping with overhead page but didn’t hear anything and it’s been awhile. After he finished with the woman he told me he would get me help, he walked down the aisle to center of building and asked two other employees who was covering hardware, both said they didn’t know. He then disappeared from my view heading towards center of store, again no page and no one ever showed up. The store was very quiet, no one in cashier line, a very very bad performance of service, felt like I had the plague. Eventually found some screws only to get home and realize they are to long

The store is always fully stocked with a great garden selection. Very clean.

we have bought many items over the past 5 years including cabinets, toilet fixtures, refrigerator and today a electric clothes dryer. we had shopped at 3 competitive appliance stores and found with the help of an appliance specialist, a good product that fit our budget requirements. The store was clean, aisles clear and enough clerks that one didn't have to wander around to find someone to answer questions, especially about availability of products in this corona-virus pandemic era. The clerk was customer oriented and helped identify a product and answer our questions. He made a push to sell the 5 year warranty but we declined.

Very happy with shopping experience . Workers are trained well ,& very knowledgeable about all products they sell . They take the time to help if they see you comparing items with great feedback on pros & cons on specific items

I recently bought a riding lawn mower ($1200) from Home Depot via online and it was delivered to the end of our driveway. The driver was unpleasant and would not bring the mower onto my property. The mower had several issues, but I was able to fix some of them. From day one, the steering was messed up and I couldn’t fix that. I returned It three weeks later - I just wanted an even exchange. Our local store did not have another similar mower so I requested my money back. I was told that I could only get store credit because I purchased it 32 days ago. I explained that I only received it three weeks ago. I asked if I could use the credit to order a new one on line; I was told that I could NOT and could only use it in store. I took the store credit. The employee at the service desk made no arrangements for anyone to actually take the lawn mower. Finally, an extremely helpful employee (60 year old Navy veteran) came out and assisted. He helped me unload it. I called The Plymouth Home Depot and a friendly young lady from the garden department actually physically located one. She said that they would hold it for us. When we got to Plymouth, we went to the service desk and they sent us to a register. At the register, a manager sent us to the service desk. At the service desk we were told to go back to the register. Thankfully, a young male employee had a clue and rescued us from the insanity. He got the ball rolling and explained to the manager that we simply wanted to buy the mower that was displayed in front of the store. Finally, someone at the service desk rang us up and we made the purchase. The young man got a couple of other employees and they unlocked the mower and helped us load it up. Finally, we left with the mower.

The best store in the area or perhaps in entire Massachusetts. Team members and managers are very polite, very knowledgeable and very helpful. I did not find my product, I drove from the cape to get it. Was quite frustrating. But manager Nathaniel stepped in and offered a comparable and satisfactory substitute. It was done fast, efficiently and with much respect. He ringed the transaction despite closing time and even loaded the heavy purchase in our car. Will come back to shop there.

Everyone was exceptionally nice except for one employee.

I have only lived in Plymouth for a few months, but every time I have shopped at this store I have found the employees have been extremely helpful & very pleasant. It is very clean and well organized.

LONG LINES AT REGISTERS AND ONLY TWO OPEN IN WHOLE STORE

I was so impressed with the Plymouth store. I had a very bad experience at the Hyannis store & was told by people who had the same to drive to the Plymouth store instead. Everyone said it is much better, even though it is further away. So glad I did!! From beginning to end I encountered friendly, knowledgeable & exceptional employees. Everyone was wearing a mask, the whole store was set up so that people would be able to have their distance, it was thoroughly clean & I received such good assistance from employees. The plumbing & painting department gave me great advice! I will definitely make the trip back to the Plymouth store forever. Everyone is doing such a great job there!!! This is a MODEL store for all stores!

Employee was very friendly and helpful. We were looking for dogwood bushes went to several places and found them at the depot .they were in great shape and very affordable compared to their competitors.

Plymouth store was good when I lived there. I moved to San Diego, and now use the Balboa store. It is also very good. Plymouth had a Dunkin Donuts in the store and also sold hot dogs and other food items outside. A nice option which I used many times. Also, Home Depot should look into Qualtrics for surveys. It is so easy. All a customer has to do is take a photo with an iPhone of the survey bar code, which is usually easily displayed at the store like on a sign or placard, and it takes you right to the survey to fill out quick and easy. Highly recommend this. Contact SAP to get more info.

Despite the current stressful environment with the fears associated with COVID-19, Joe and Nathaniel were extremely helpful and maintained a positive and professional attitude while helping my wife and I with our purchase. They were able to find the product that we needed very quickly and were extremely patient.

Always is pretty well stocked with whatever I need for my home improvement projects and the prices are pretty good. The return policy is very important to me as an amateur because it allows me to prepare for completing a project in several possible ways and then return the materials and tools that I didn't need.

The workers were very nice helpfull also very clean store I buy building materials ther all home goods tools just about anything home Depot is great I think thank you all

We always get good deals at this store. Great crew, great people willing to be helpful.

If you like waiting in the store for help and not finding products that the website says in stock then this store is for you. Do yourself a favor and order online if you need to shop the depot at all.

The store is great but our kitchen planner, Nancy Ball is better than great! She is patient and helpful and knows her stuff! We are grateful that something that could be so stressful turned out to be enjoyable and fun. Nancy even had treats for our dog!
