If you are looking for a store that provides quality service The Home Depot located in Plainwell, Michigan is not that store. Store was to call when two special orders we made arrived and we received no calls. Only one employee seemed concerned. Customer service employees were to busy doing nothing to help.

This store knows the true meaning of taking care of their customers. Go see what I mean the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The store is always clean and organized. The employees are helpful and have knowledge about the products.

It's my go-to place whether I'm shopping for supplies for work or for my home DIY projects. It's a convenient location and the employees are helpful.

There department have knowledgeable assistants to help you

If your going there to buy and receive a military discount, get in writing that you will receive that discount before purchasing said items or you may not be happy when you dont receive your promised discount as expected.

I can now recommend this store and raise my rating to "good" following the departure of store manager Jana. This woman crushed this store in more ways than one. The only reason I kept my business there is because there is no one else close enough to make it worth the sale. While she was there I saw a massive departure in knowledgeable employees (absolute gold in the retail world), a dramatic drop in sales and customers, an overall mood drop, and a loss of the rental truck (which was a subtle but telling blow). I pity the poor folks in Grandville, as she is likely to crush that store as well. That aside, the core employees are fantastic. Always available, no one ever seems too busy to help, reasonably knowledgeable in their departments. Erika is a champ, always love working with her when I'm there (DON'T LOSE HER, 2771!!!). Louis is the man, seriously. Very much looking forward to seeing how the new store director fixes what was wrecked over the last two years!

Products were easy to find. Surprisingly I knew my way around pretty well despite not having been in there for over a year because of the female store director Jana, who is now gone. Despite having great employees on the floor, that woman ruined the experience for me by her consistent ill-treatment of employees and lack of basic knowledge about the services the store provided. I heard she was in Grandville now, I hope she doesn't do the same there.

The store is clean, organized and the prices are great. The employees are far above average in their helpfulness and knowledge. If you can't find it at Home Depot, you probably don't need it!

Nice people who can't seem to get it right. Don't know if it's their computer system also but we've tried w times to work with them and there are always issues. First it took us 2 months to get bi-fold doors, because wrongs doors were ordered by them This time we wanted new flooring but they kept canceling the appointment for our measurements. When I went in t get my money back, no one ever asked why or said sorry. Needless to say, went somewhere else.

I've been using this Home Depot for years. Even after moving almost an hour away. The people here are very knowledgeable in every department. Experienced plumbers, electricians you name it, there's someone there who knows. Very friendly and ready to help. They are awesome!

Many properly located handicap parking places. Great location for residents living in Kalamazoo Township. Clean store. Extremely helpful associates.

The sales assistants all seem to be friendly, and very helpful.

My only complaint is (We live in Kalamazoo) and drive up to the Plainwell store often, and so many times feel like we are "being watched" I understand security, but that feeling does not happen in the Kalamazoo store, and it shouldn"t.

Store is always neat and well stocked. Great atmosphere. Employees will show you instead of telling you where items are in different locations.

Love Home Depot. We make the extra drive to travel to Home Depot even though we are closer to 2 other Home Improvement stores. I always do research before making a big purchase. Plainwell store had what I was looking for 3 stage Cub Cadet snow blower. The store is always clean every-time I have visited this store and the associates are very helpful and friendly. We needed help loading the blower and two associates waited until we got the truck and they loaded it for us. They were very pleasant and friendly.

This store is always clean and has a nice selection of quality products. The staff are friendly and helpful. Typically there is no wait at checkout...kudos to their staffing model to accomplish this.

Very helpful sales people. Will take you right to what you need instead of just pointing and saying "check aisle 45" and then leaving you. When you're looking for something specific, especially it it's something little or a specialty item, it's great to have someone take you to it instead of wasting your time going up and down the aisles.

STORE WAS WELL STOCKED

I was doing comparison shopping for garden soil at multiple stores and Home Depot's price was the lowest. However, when I returned to the store to make my purchase, the bags scanned almost double what they were priced on my first trip earlier in the day. On top of that, the price tag I had seen before was removed so there was no evidence of the mistake. I spoke with Tammie at the customer service desk and explained the situation. She immediately refunded me the difference in price, no questions asked. I was very happy with this experience and the customer service I received.

So great to walk into the store get the things that I needed and have someone available to help me to load to cart and to vehicle! Definitely felt like a valued customer! Thanks Rich and Brandon for being so awesome!

The store was clean and very well laid out, easy to locate merchandise. The associates were friendly and helpful.

Every one in the department needs to know the procedures for ordering or know that they don't know and get someone who does know. I only recommend this store because there is not another one close by or a compeditor near by.

Amanda got me a great interest rate on the tractor that I purchased and Kevin explained al of the features on the tractor. They both worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted.
