Laura, the sales representative in the appliance department could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with our many questions. We enjoyed the whole experience...something you might not expect when purchasing a washer and dryer! The store was well prepared and considerate in keeping their customers safe during this pandemic. Well done!

Well organized,knowledgeable staff,quality products

The staff at the Plainwell store is great. Other big box stores have better lumber and more inventory, but I really value the friendliness and helpfulness of the Plainwell staff.

I found the a/c units I needed to purchase online. I called store to verify. Was assisted by associate STORM. He was very helpful from phone call to after he loaded the a/c's in my car. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I was in and out of the store in a manner of minutes. Great overall experience and it started with STORM!

Be cautious if you are ordering anything cut to size, such as a window treatment blind. I drove 50 miles to get a blind custom cut. Order totally messed up. Now I drive another 50 miles to bring it back and start over the process. Customer service representative mentioned to me over the phone, that they do not take back custom cut items. So I might be out my time, gas and the money for a window treatment that does not work for my window. Extremely disappointed.

When I go into that store people are always willing to help you... actually my sister comes all the way up to this one when she has to buy big items that may need installed... she will even ask for their teams for installation... so of course that was a selling point for me... and I have no regrets! My delivery team were on time and right on task and yet friendly and professional!

Went in trying to find a pair of Knipex cutters. No stock of the style l was after. Ended up with mouse food and a air of spring clamps.

The associates are so helpful in every department. But today I want to focus on the kitchen department. Amy designed an awesome kitchen. She helped throughout the whole process from start to finish. It turned out amazing.

The Plainwell store always takes good care of me. I bought a box of nails and the employee counted the box because the box I bought earlier was around 400 nails short.

the assistance I had Back by the refrigerators on the filters was really friendly.

I came in from out of town just to look around and found myself purchasing a beautiful potted succulent collection. The employee in the garden center was helpful and friendly, the store itself was nicely kept and clean. IF I happen in again when I'm in the area, I would stop again if I had anything in mind to purchase. A nice store!
