I appreciate all the Help I received on my visit. Thank you Mike for all of your help with cutting the wood for me and bringing it out to my SUV. You made my trip manageable for me, as I am disabled. I appreciate you and the friendly Staff at Home Depot!

The Plainwell Home Depot is not the largest, nor does it have everything that some people may need, however, we've rarely been disappointed in this store

We were treated upon arrival and helped promptly when re-ordering our paint.

Ashlin in Blinds and Teneal in Kitchens were amazing. Every department we shopped in for our remodeling projects, the employees were super helpful and actually listened to our needs. The wait times for their out-sourced measuring people and for product delivery are longer than other hardware chains in which we shopped, though.

This store representative was unusually caring and went into great detail to ask questions making sure I understood all the processes involved in the refrigerator purchase.

My wife and I are building a wheelchair ramp for father in law and the buying process was excellent and thanks so much for the loading help. A plus to entire home depot staff

Recently I've bought drywall, paint and plumbing supplies. HD had everything I needed including good sales help.

Cheryl was absolutely the worst person I have had the unpleasure of dealing with. Didn’t want to help made me feel like and inconvenience to do a simple thing. I womt come back to this store

Every time we go into this store the staff is super friendly, helpful and truly wants you to have a great experience. Some of the staff are: Mike, Nick, Amy, Tammy etc... The list goes on and on for the amazing employees.

The Plainwell Home Depot is my preferred store. It close and convenient. The employees are always helpful and friendly.

I bought a trailer didn't know that I had to put it together so I ended up not getting the trailer. I went to The Home Depot warehouse in 3 rivers and bought an trailer.ready to go and I love it 😀

Our fridge died and we tried twice to get a Samsung Bespoke fridge from another company. Both times the fridge was delivered damaged. Finally went to Home Depot and met Dan. He listened to my extensive wish list and pointed us to models on the floor and online that might work. When we couldn't decide, we told him we'd be back after I got home from a work trip. True to our word, we came back 5 days later and kicked a lot more tires, all while he patiently looked at specs and tried to find the unicorn I was looking for. We could have spent less elsewhere, shopped a bit closer to our house, and probably gotten it faster than Saturday, but working with Dan was totally worth it.

Excellent help from salesperson, Tinneil. Installers were wonderful. The whole process went smoothly.

The check out process was low key and they were very proficient. They kept eye contact and were chill... didn't rush or use any annoying jargon. I honestly think they were happy to see me.

Found everything I needed, employees very nice and helped find what I needed and one person let the paint mixers know I needed help.

After having some trouble at a different location, the people at the Plainwell location were able to promptly resolve the issue and they were genuinely pleased to help.

We love this Plainwell store. Have purchased many large ticket items here. They have been exemplary since the day they opened. We have yet to meet a rude or unpleasant employee and that is truly why we shop there. There are other shopping options within driving distance but our choice is Home Depot Plainwell. Dont know about other stores but this one is the best. From refrigerators, washers & dryers, showers, paint and flooring our house is a Home Depot home.

We had a large last load of items to purchase for the project we were working on and happened to be shopping up til the store closed. The staff was very friendly & kind. Our cashier Laura D. Was helpful with the Q's I had and also offered for us to pull our vehicle up to the doors to load our items. Also a young man with a beard(not sure of his name) helped us load our items. AWESOME team!!
