This store always has a good selection of hard-to-find items, and the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are good, too.

Cashier Nicole was super friendly and nice on my visit on 4/26/2019 at 1:11pm. She made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. Great customer service!

The store was easy to get to, when I went inside everybody was smiling and friendly it was easy to find everything that I needed and the cashier Brian Grimes was amazing.

Shop here often. Cheerful and helpful personnel. Additional training required for cashiers about sod deliveries. Management Personnel were extremely helpful in straightening the situation out. Listened and worked with us.

Shopping at this location on the weekends or evenings is a task as employees here are not helpful or knowledgeable of the products or departments. Walking past an employee who is smoking in the garden dept. who could not help us because she didn't work in that dept. then disappeared and didn't offer to find us help was annoying. When we finally got someone to call for help and waiting for an employee who never showed up was immensely annoying, especially when this happened in two separate departments. Too many issues to jot down here. Bottom line - where are the employees? Employees we did find knew nothing. Employees we waited for never showed up. Employee checking us out was already ringing the customer behind us before bagging our purchase. Poor management, poor sales staff. Maybe this will reflect in their overall profits, maybe not. I know I will decrease my spending here. Customer service in an atmosphere of online shopping still makes a difference.

Love this store. Efficient, clean, always have the product I am looking for.

My order was paid but then 'lost' within the system including a $79 express delivery charge. 3 days after my payment I received no information about the delivery. I called and was told the order was not turned in for delivery. The $79 delivery fee should be refunded.

The store generally has someone available to assist you when needed. They have knowledgeable employees working there who can answer questions about products and what is needed for particular jobs.

Store manager, Andrew, asked to help me right away upon walking in, and helped me get my supplies in 5 minutes, despite the fact that I arrived 5 minutes before the store closed. Very friendly and helpful!

The Pro Associates at Pin Oak Location have an extensive amount of product knowledge and there customer service is outstanding.

It's a big box store, what can I say? But I received really great customer service on the aisle. An employee actually approached me, rather than me having to look everywhere to find someone. I was in and out on a quick errand for light bulbs, and BRUCE helped me to find exactly what I needed. REGINE was a very cheerful cashier. Thank you for making a boring errand pleasant and efficient.

I went to pick up my order that I purchase online. Receive the wrong quantity. I stated that it specifically stated that it was a pack of 8 that I was purchasing. Show the cashier the screenshot of what I order. I ask to speak with a manager she never show up. Bad service just go to another Home Depot.

Employees are not helpful and are NOT friendly. Employees do not make you feel appreciated.
