Avoid the cashier “Anki” if possible. “Anki” was possibly the rudest Home Depot employee I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with in 20* years of shopping Home Depot. She was demeaning, rude, intentionally unclear and inpatient. I have a commercial account and she portrayed her absolute disgust at needing to enter my company phone number for tax purposes. To say she was rude would be a compliment.

Super friendly staff, Organized shelves Problem is on the Home Depot app it states that some items are available in store but once you go to the store they aren’t. Also, I have made some online orders for pickup in store, only to receive a call from the store to notify me that the items can’t be found and they would have to cancel them.

I usually do not write negative reviews. After dealing with this store so many years, I have noticed that they mishandled so many things for me, I felt that the other clients need to be aware of the problems with this store. I have had so many issues that I would not know which one to mention here, but the store cancelation of my paid last order had me write this review. I am trying to get my order back and HD online and This store sending back and forth between them, and both blaming each other. REMEMBER WE HAVE OTHER CHOICES.

It is a neat store. The price is slightly higher than Lowe’s but by far better quality. Use app to buy your things

I was pleasantly surprised on my last visit at the high level of customer service and assistance I received. A complex return was handled with no hassle, and another employee assisted me in finding a hard-to-find product, going the "extra mile" in allowing me to swap the defective one I had purchased with the store demo version, which required getting a guy to unbolt the demo version from the display shelf. This saved me the hassle of having to go to another Home Depot to get what I needed. Thank you Miss Earl!

Been shopping at this location for years. The employees are the best in the business and I stop shopping at Lowe's because of them.

Very busy store but still a great place to shop!

I understand that with the pandemic that things are a little more difficult but I just wanted to buy sod. The ladies in the garden area did not seem interested in helping. I had to call the store twice to speak to a manager to get help loading the sod. Marvin arrived after I'd waiting for about 23 minutes and he was really good. Great conversation, apologetic, and I felt valued after interacting with him. I'll go back to using another store since this store is steered towards contractors. The front door attendant was really nice and kept the queue moving at a nice pace. Should you decide to go to this location, bring some cash and ask one of the guys in the parking lot to help you load your vehicle. They're much more deserving and faster than waiting for a staff member to help.

Great customer service experience although the world is impacted by COVID 19. Everyone was ready, willing, and friendly while doing their job.

More than seven days and I'm still waiting on a refund because the store's delivery service hasn't returned the washer/dryer to them. Or they can't find the washer/dryer in their inventory. It's unclear why I can't get my money refunded since the order is still considered "in transit" after seven days but when I called to try to get it resolved, the manager hung up on me. I'm at a loss as to what to do. The store keeps trying to blame the Covid situation but Lowe's had a washer/dryer delivered to me the next day. Home Depot made me wait a week and then told me the wrong delivery window then told me I'd have to wait another week for a new delivery attempt. The online and store experience are not synched and it's the customer who suffers. I guess I'm just going to have to dispute the charge with the credit card company and try to get it resolved that way. Buyer beware. This location is poorly managed right now.

Clean Neat Professional User friendly place

4/11/20 @ 8:00 am - While walking past the Paint Dept, a young male HD employee not wearing a facial mask sneezed twice without covering his mouth or sneezing into his shirt sleeve! Were you raised in a barnyard! And, several customers walking past Paint witnessed the same event or subsequent sneezes. Myself, and at least one other adult male customer elected to report incident to an (mid-50s) lady who identified herself as a "Front Store Check-out Supervisor", but was about to leave Pin Oak, Houston store. I suggested to lady Supervisor area within Paint needed to be disinfected. Was my health safety observation and request to disinfect an area within Paint department ignored? Being an age 65 male, who works in the oil refining industry, I strive to be calm about most issues. These are unusual times with this COVID Pandemic, and this is a Public Health Safety issue. IF an employee is sick - don't come to work for your $10/hr and infect others! IF you might sneeze during your work day, wear a facial mask! IF you are going to sneeze, cover your mouth and stay away from customers and coworkers! Is this rocket science? College age and Millennials are known to be a Coronavirus high risk transmittal group, because they congregate during a health Pandemic, and they think they are "Bulletproof". When I report my observation and health concern to an age 50s HD front area supervisor, and another customer reports his identical concern at the same time - why does the HD lady supervisor then leave the store without taking some reasonable management action?

The store representatives are generally very knowledgeable and helpful. The Customer Service representative was very helpful and accommodating at a time when the checkout line was long do to the COVID-19. She assisted with the checkout process when her line wasn't full, which greatly speeded up the process.

The associates are very friendly and helpful particularly this gentleman name Bruce he made my shopping experience one of the best

Associates are available to help with locating products and with answers to questions on certain jobs and required materials. If for some reason a mistake has been made, a manager took the time to make it right even if the store was loosing money on there end.

A clean and tidy place

Near Christmas - crazy time for retail stores! - I called this store to ask if you sell the liner bags for kitchen disposals. It took a while to get to someone who told me “yes.” A trip to the store changed that to “no.” A wasted trip and a disappointment. Otherwise I’ve always been happy with service and employee knowledge.

It is a good stre. Associates are always near to help and willing to assist me with what I need for my DIY home projects.
