Billy and Dewey are two of the most positive and helpful employees at this store. They have helped me on several occasions in lumber and outdoor carpeting. Not only is this store the cleanest home depot that I have ever been in but the entire staff seems happy to be there and very knowledgeable about the projects I am working on. This is a great store to supply your projects!

Every time I enter this store I receive great service. everyone in the store is extremely helpful and they make sure that I buy the right products for the job that I am currently doing around the house. I can honestly say if I don't understand the project I'm about to start they are always willing to help me and advise me in guide me. This is an excellent store.

This company and or location seems to be getting better? They have more registers open now to get you cashed out and on your way without using Self Checkout, like the old days when a customer mattered! Stay tuned and we'll see if it stays implemented?

Store would not exchange a drill that broke after 2 weeks of use.

On 2/7/2019 I purchased 61 cases of floor tile, hand picked so the dye lot numbers would match. On 2/12/19 I called the store to have it delivered, was told it was coming from a different store. Personally took the time to drive to the store and discuss this with customer service, the manager and the department representative. Was assured that my hand picked tiles would be delivered on Valentine's day. Most of them were except for 5 cases with different lot numbers. Seems the shift that picked the tiles didn't give a hoot about doing their job correctly. I had to load up the cases and take them back to the store and then find the missing cases for the store. Bad, bad, bad. A thank you to the forklift operator that assisted me.

Great people who are helpful and they have a great selection of items in all areas for the home and yard.

This store is conveniently located for me, the associates are mature and knowledgeable, I have nothing but praise for this store.

We had a very bad experience here several months ago. Main issue was in the lumber dept and I wrote a review to let them know how bad we were treated. We were not going to go back but decided to try one more time. It was a completely different experience this time. Every single clerk greeted us and asked if we needed help. We were going to do self check out but the lady at register took us and had us out in no time. This was on a Sunday. It was a very positive visit and we will be returning. Thank You

Very helpful in every department, except the paint dept.Linda W. was my checkout clerk, she was very patient and professional.She also helped me with the credit card application.Shes a keeper!

I ordered a French door along with install. After a month the door came completely wrong. Couldn’t get it installed. I will never shop at Home Depot again. They wasted my time and money. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Manager was professional about the situation but according to the installers it’s happened several times in the past couple of months.

Need help with tile or anything related to a tile project, ask for Max. He knows his products and won't steer you wrong.

A good range of products, fair prices, best thing is the excellent helpful staff.

Need an appliance? Talk to Serena J. (Appliance Specialist) . Wow, does she know her products. Computer savvy, thourgh, polite! Great asset! Made ordering a dishwasher easy, and painless.

My husband and myself usually shop this home depot. We find this store to be clean and well organized. Generally you are able to locate someone to help you find what you are looking for or take you to that area and find it for you.

Honestly the best part about of shopping at this location was the checkout. (The cashier Monserrat was amazing!) She is kind,experienced,fast and made for great conversation. I will definitely be recommending your store to all my contractors,friends and family. Thank you Monserrat for a quality shopping experience.

Trying to get service was hard enough but after finding someone to help their attitude left a lot to be desired.

Do not go for quick in and out, they changed the self checkout and it is Horrible. There were 2 people in line for a cashier and i decided to use the self checkout. In between the scanner not connecting, not reading bar codes, the codes not found in the system, AND waiting for the 1 self checkout clerk took 3 times longer. THE 2 people in line were in thier car driving home before i could buy 3 simple items. Will go elsewhere when i need somethjng quick and simple.

This our go to store they have helped us with many projects. new bathroom and all double pain windows. we count on them all the time. We count on there help on even little projects and they always have helpful suggestions that help and save costly errors. thank you

Bad customer service!

All I can say its a Great Store to Shop!!!!!!!

I pass three other Home Depots to come shop at this location of 9201 w. Peoria Ave, Peoria AZ.... As a female shopper...this store the employees approach me and I don't have to hunt any one down to answer a question. I have been working on a paint project recently,the color samples sure change when they are on the wall. I brought my sample into Amy for help she went above and beyond to get just the right color. I love the clean store, friendly employees, this store has more product then others.

Maria and Gia were two of the reps that assisted me and they are BOTH extremely knowledgeable, super friendly & professional I liked the cleanliness of the store & the BATHROOMS!!! Both associates were very helpful and I was blown away with their experience & knowledge of the products I was purchasing
