I just purchased kitchen appliances; Tanya was so friendly and helpful! She made selecting the right appliances for me easy.

The cashier Sandra was very nice and gave me suggestions on what I could use for my garden. Very thankful for her.

I went in as usual but this time I met a new cash register lady names Sandra. She is the sweetest person. She gave me the best advice about a leaky toilet.

We always come to this location and time and time again they continue to provide exceptional customer service.

This is best THD in the valley, all associates are helpful and willing to assist.

I'm not able to give a zero rating which is the only reason they received one. Don't expect the sales people to have any knowledge of what they are selling especially in the home improvement areas. Don't expect to get your orders promptly, correct or in quality condition. Don't expect to receive any compensation for the extensive inconveniences their mistakes cause you. Not ever planning to use Home Depot for any home improvement project ever again.

Employees are very friendly and helpful!

I dropped into my Peoria Home Depot today to purchase a new ceiling fan. Every employee was helpful & patient, even though the temperature outside was 118 degrees. Barbra the cashier connected me with a manager who helped me find an electrician/handyman to install my fan, because she heard me saying that I really didn't want to inconvenience my son who is a new Daddy this year. I was so pleased with the rate to hang the fan, is went back and bought another one & 2 employees in the fan department, a female & male , both were so kind & so helpful. The gentleman helped me decide what features were important to me in selecting the two fans. Honestly, the employees at this store were so wonderful on the hottest day of the year & even though I'm DEHYDRATED after choosing to shop today, I'm super Impressed with the Humans that work at the HD on 91st Ave & Peoria !

Store was clean and well organized

After my experience of correcting the mistakes of the salesman and no ownership of the store for this mistake or some type of compensation, I remembered why I quit using HD 15+ years ago for home projects.

My local Peoria Store has excellent customer service and I would like to applaud them for going above and beyond for the customers. They are always friendly and have friendly store staff. I enjoy doing my home improvement buying from Home Depot. Keep up the good work!

Always a great experience at this home depot.

I had a great experience at this Home Depot from the moment I walked in to the store to the moment we left. There was four individuals that were extremely helpful while I was there they were patient they walked around the counter when stuff was heavy to pick up they help me find stuff they helped us get the coupon figured out and when I went to my car he stopped what he was doing and help me load heavy stuff in the vehicle the four individuals first names that were extremely helpful were Ryan Adrian Johnny and Chase they definitely need recognition and if you see this thank you again for all your help and your patience

the only Home Depot I will shop at

While on a hunt for a specific glass solar flamingo we were losing hope as it was Mother’s Day and we wanted two for a friend. We went to two other Home Depot’s with no luck even though the website said they had them. Well your associate Kevin went above and beyond for us making our friend day special by looking in multiple places throughout the store and low and behold he found some. Thank you Kevin.

still my favorite store

I recently came in to purchase a lawn mower. A young man from lawn and garden named Adin helped me. He assisted me with the lawn mower and other items I had purchased. Adin stayed with me until I completed my transaction, and helped me load the items into my vehicle. He was very courteous and told me to have a nice day.

I have been in this specific store a number of times but this is the first time that I have a store employee (C. J.) go "overboard" to insure that I was going to be satisfied with the product that we purchased. Additionally, the sales cashier "Daryl" was very expeditious in handling our check out. Overall experience on this visit was fantastic.

This store needs more people who help others like Audrey who helped me get an item that I needed. She stopped everything to assist me.

One of the worst Home Depot's around. Like most, they have a FEW old guys who know plumbing, electrical, etc because they were contractors or tradesmen, but the vast majority of employees are kids who don't know squat about hardware or what's on the shelves. It's basically self-serve unless you can FIND one of the old foul dudes. And there's always people lined up to ask them questions. It's a helluva business model. On my recent visit the employees didn't even know how to do a rental return properly. To put it simply this store sucks.

Great store. Well stocked. Friendly staff. Very comfortable to shop. Clean. Used to live near this location however I'll drive often from Surprise,AZ because I am comfortable here.

The store was clean, lots of employees available. 99% are very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and friendly. It's always a pleasure to shop at a store where there is lots of help and has most everything you need at reasonable prices.

Kam is the greatest. She made sure that the hardship we are going thru became less stressful after visiting various locations for a specific product and the only location that could possibly have it was still 22 miles away she went above and beyond by taking care of us at this location, We didn't even ask for the help she was just the Angel that came to our rescue.

This is an easy store to shop in and the people that work there are definitely customers service friendly!

Home Depot in Peoria AZ. has the best staff Bar None, probably in the entire South West if not the entire United States.

Store opens early--great for us. Can always find someone to help. Someone always offers to help us if we are getting something big like a full sheet of plywood. Everyone treats us kindly and respectfully. Usually the Home Depot App is correct. If I know the name of what I am looking for I can find the isle. Like finish hammer or 2 x 4 or ... I just wish the grocery stores would offer bin # or shelf #.
