Edward in flooring was a delight to work with while picking tile for our entire home. Tile prices were the best in the Valley! All employees were helpful but Edward went above and beyond his job descriptions

Store was clean and easy to move around in. Customer service was great.

Great customer service

The introduction of Self Service Checkout as the apparent only means of checking out is disappointing. WHen I went to this store only 4 of 8 SCO's were available, there was only one human lane open. SCOs are not an acceptable alternative to human cashiers. They may be used for express check out of a few items, not as the primary means of check out as apparent at this store. Also having the clerk ask us to read out bar codes is also not very impressive. If you (HD) want me to do your work for you, pay me!

This store was a dream to shop in, it was clean and my rep. new where everything was that I needed. I'm sure glad I ran into Franklin.

I made a large appliance order and made it clear i needed installed, and was ensured multiple times the installation was included. Upon delivery I was advised no installation on order, called Home depot to only be told sorry that the associate told me that but its not on there. No help at all to rectify the issue.

If the floor model is not in inventory, look online!

I've been shopping in this store since Nov 2005 while upgrading a condo, a duplex, and two single family homes. The staff and managers have made this a pleasurable experience

Even though subcontractors are chosen by the corporate headquarters, John the manager worked with us to resolve subcontractor issues. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!

Some of the employees are not very qualified. If you have a question, best to ask someone at the Contractors Desk.

I love the clearance sections of the store. I always find something I need at an awesome discount! Thanks Home Depot!

Home Depot is always my "go to" store for needed supplies to fix things around the house, tools, and have added more items to do with automotive items, which is nice.

This Home Depot location was so easy to get into. Traffic was not an issue. The employees were helpful and kind. This is definitely going to be my favorite Home Depot.

Great customer service at this location. It was a pretty busy Sunday and everyone was still doing their best to go above and beyond for the customers! I came in to see if my Ryobi 40v battery was faulty. Two guys ended up helping me, the first guy didn't even work in that area, but he did everything he could until the guy that worked in that area was available. The guy helped me find a charger to verify that it was faulty. He even helped me decide on whether or not it was worth it to just get a new battery or $100+ or just spent a few extra dollars and just pick up the second Gen 40 Volt Power Head. I went with the new version and he even offered to carry it up front for me. Good kid, I wish I would have gotten their names.
