THE STAFF THERE IS AWESOME A GENTLEMAN ASKED ME IF I NEEDED HELP AND THEN HE WALKED WITH ME DIRECTLY TO THE GLUE I NEEDED

Store gave me a receipt with a scheduled product delivery, delivery doesnt show up on date show on receipt. Proceed to call store: No manager or superior available as "he may be out to lunch (at 17:52), or busy". I guess i do not qualify as being part of his labours or tasks. Person who answered

Great store clean and organized better than oak wood plaza, cashier Jalon was specially good and friendly

We were greeted by employee Chaqera and we must say she is a great asset to HomeDepot. She went out of her way to help us find what we need it and also checked us out at the register. (WOW) This is what you call going out of your way for a customer.

We move her from NYC and our experience with home depot at this location has been great . Thank you very much,,,,,

Excellent in every way

My experience was amazing today thanks to Dorothy and Derick. They were amazing in assisting me and going above and beyond.

I did not actually go into the store this was all done over the telephone.

Clean aisles, availability of products, ease of locating products and quick checkout.

Parking lot was huge, and provided ample parking space. Upon entering you are greeted by a sanitation station which is convenient. Items are strategically placed on where you think they should belong. Employees are friendly and provided direction easy to follow.

Store was clean and staff helped without my asking.

Clean, organized, Department Store and excellent customer service. Definitely will be from now on my Store.

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable

My all time favorite experience is when I dropped my keys and they happened to fall down the sewer drain. I was near the Pembroke Lakes Mall and walked to the store on Hiatus. Home Depot representative named Walter helped me pick out a pole and magnet and I walked back to the mall. With the help of the Pembroke Pines Fire Department was able to get my keys out of the drain with the magnet. I will forever be coming to Home Depot because of that one experience:)

I do not recommend the store staff does not help. If you need something or clarification on the product they always pass you on to somebody else. I particularly went for grout in the flooring department And I felt completely disrespected by the clerk Andy. It was more important to him to continue the conversation on his cell phone then to attend a guest. I attempted to get his name speak to the manager and was denied both. The only reason I would go back to the store is to return products already Purchased I felt disrespected and Discriminated I’ve beenLatin American.

Employees take time to help when you have a question, that's important to me.

This is a good store that stays busy, the employees are very very knowledgable and the check out lines are efficient and quick. I'd recommend this store!

Store is a disaster!!!

THE STAFF IS GREAT BUT T HE SHOPPERS ARE RUDE , WHILE BUYING A 1,000.00 + PURCHASE. A MAN INTERRUPTED TO GET HELP FOR A 4.00 BRACKET. NEVER SAID EXCUSE ME JUST BUTTED IN. RUDE

During our visit to this Home Depot for supplies needed for our new home project we were greeted by very cooperative and patient employees. The store was exceptionally clean and very well organized, We were greeted by the Manager Tameka and she assured us whatever we needed she would have an associate assist us. We began in the Tile section as we needed supplies and advice which we received from Associate Matt who was very knowledgeable and patient with our needs, Then as we exited to cashier we were greeted with a friendly personality and big smile from Associate cashier Jason who just made our day!! We will return to this Home Depot again and again as they know how to treat the customer!!

I love Home Depot but this one in particular is very clean. The employees seems to know the store and location of items, are very helpful, friendly, have more variety of plants in general in the garden..
