I was able to find all I needed at one store

I went into the store very early at 6:20am . was greeted by cashier Alpheus and helped to find what it needed. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and friendly.

Top management (asst. mgr Kelly) has discriminated my visit and very disappointed I had to experience this. I’m Caucasian..

Marcia was my Cashier, very nice, professional excellent transaction!

Everything I needed were available and exactly the correct replacements nessecary.

Please see Ray in the plumbing department!! I had an emergency and needed a water heater that night. I drive an hour to this location because 3 other Home Depot’s near to me did not have the water heater I needed in an emergency situation. From talking with him a few times on the phone and then meeting him in person, Ray gave me a 5 star experience!! Ray had my water heater waiting for me and escorted me to the cashier and then had someone help me out the water heater in the truck. I will drive an hour again and only want to deal with Ray for anymore of my plumbing needs! Thanks a million Ray! Suzanne!

I paid for a drier 2 weeks ago and want to get refunded

The two girls that helped me at the service desk this morning really made the start of my day. They were very engaging and so funny. South Florida gets a deserved very bad wrap for service, and these two girls are clearly the exception. Thank you for the fun we had during my exchange today.

Many home depot's have a little different layout as does this one. One of the most practical layouts I've come across. Every aisle clearly marked and had the items to which it claimed. Also, my check out person was amazing. Very personable and efficient.

Employees has very nasty attitude and two employees have the worst attitude ever one is the agent that tried to help and the other is an female that works the first attendant cash register for the most time

Great Customer Service always! Karen in appliances is so knowledgeable and helpful and has really helped me with all my kitchen appliance purchases throughout my renovation process. Natalie in blinds - very thorough and professional. Also very knowledgeable. A few other staff members I encounter often, are always very helpful. They don't brush you off. They walk you to products, make suggestions, and give me really great customer service as expected. I like going to the Pembroke Pines store location the most. Thanks.
