I drive over from Kailua to go to this Home Depot because of the customer service. There always seems to have someone to help and their attitude is pleasant and of course effective.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I love the plant nursery at the Pearl City Home Depot. I'm always delighted with something new or unusual. The plants are always watered and obviously cared for. I never see any half-dead plants or plants that have fallen and neglected. And best of all, Faye, the cashier, is engaging yet professional. She makes shopping here fun.

Awesome assistance from Kamalani & Edward. So helpful and knowledgable to assist in obtaining the products I needed.

Home Depot PEARL CITY Store #1702 has great and awesome customer service in all the departments in the store that I shop at. The team members go above and beyond to help the customers with their needs. Also the store is always clean. I would definitely recommend this store!

Pearl City HD was a Great Shopping Experience for me and my hubz tonight!!! We found what we needed and even things we didn't LOL! No, we will be using everything. Plus we got some cute healthy looking plants, ALWAYS A BLESSING when we can get Healthy Plants for our Yard and Garden. My husband got a very well deserved Rigid Brand Tool Box Organizer that he had his eye on for awhile - Super Bonus . . . He got the 3 pieces at a special price of $99 instead of $100+ He was STOKED!!! Like a kid in a Toy Store . . . Scary GOOD!!! :) THE STAFF was super friendly, Everyone smiled, said Hi and offered assistance. Malia and Patricia were our Nice chkout galz who were helpful in trying to resolve an issue with your app not cooperating tonight. It couldn't get resolved instore, but my hubz will be calling the main customer service tomorrow. We have faith it will get resolved and we will get the Loyalty points/rewards from our big purchase. THIS STORE WAS CLEAN, TIDY and ORDERLY!!! WE WILL BE BACK, even if it's a little farther away then the other store we "usually" go to. Tonight's experience changes my perspective about making the drive - FOR REAL!!! Mahalo Nui Loa Pearl City Store & Staff . . . The other locales NEED TO STEP UP THEIR GAME!!! ;)

Employees are very friendly and go above and beyond to help. I had a great experience: it began with the person cleaning the carts greeting me, to the sales person my paint and ended with a friendly cashier at the check out register.

If you are on the fence as to which refrigerator to buy, go see Ethan! He was able to answer all our questions, even the eight year olds questions, in regards to the different makes, models and special features of the various refrigerators. In our 20 years of buying large items, Ethan was the most helpful and informed associate of any store we have shopped. What an asset to Home Depot Pearl City.

If you need any door or window installations make sure to visit Chris! This is my second installation with him and each time he makes sure to be thorough, answer all my questions and is extremely patient and kind!

I had excess materials from my Eagle Scout Project. This store supported my project through donations. I accidentally showed up on a Sunday night after hours. However, the team on site went out of their way to ensure I got the help I needed. They helped me return my left over materials. I have never experienced this great of customer experience before.

I go to all 3 of the stores on island. Downtown, Kapolei and Pearl City. All are stocked with items that I use. What helps tremendously is the quality of employees who are willing to support. I had a recent experience where I searched for something online. It said to call the store. I did and was courteously assisted by a gentlemen who got me info to call me back once they located the product. In 15 minutes he called back and had the item ready for pickup. I was very happy with how the experience was expedited by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Kudos to Mel who took my call, Joy who assisted me at the register and to Ken who located my item. Awesome employees at Pearl City Home Depot.

At this store everyone keeps their mask on, associates and customers.

Excellent customer service from the time you enter the store during your shopping and checking out with their friendly cashiers I definitely wouldn’t shop anywhere else!!!

I did not give the Pearl City Home Depot an excellent rating this time because there is room for improvement. I do know that management will make sure the customer's concern is addressed to satisfy everyone.

The products I needed were there and the associates were helpful the store was clean and organized. I always buy my paints and blinds from this store.

Customer service could be better, some customer associates(mostly males) were talking or socializing around the paint center or the aisles where the masks are and I was a little not feeling comfortable with the content or the atmosphere/ambiance. One of the male chubby associate at the customer service was blocking the way when I was ready to check out, he was busy talking to another customer without being aware or sensitive that other customers needed help too. The cashier Vicente was very helpful but could be a little more knowledgeable when customer requested an e-mail copy of the receipt. When customer accidentally entered the wrong key and exited the system. But overall he was very nice and the rest of the female staff(associates)were all very nice, friendly, and helpful.

I had gone to this store for gardening supplies to replant succulents. I was able to find the soil and fertilizer that I needed. They had such a wide selection of succulents, that I ended up going home with some new ones. Our cashier, Heriberta, was so friendly. This was the best service that I have received at a Home Depot Store in a long time. I would definitely shop at this location again.

One of the busiest store in Oahu and its easy to be overwhelmed with customers with or without pandemic. Disinfectant wise the store provided sanitizer and mask at the main and checkout entrance. One thing need to improve is the availability of personnel in each department or aisle for help or just answering information on items on the shelves. Tools rentals is poorly located and had few selections. It must have a totally independent area and specific personnel. Maybe construct a structure outside the store?

Cashiers Robert and Patricia were very helpful along with Manager Keoki. They worked as a team to help me get my order and delivery scheduled. Recommend going to Pearl City Home Depot.
