Every time we shop at the Pearl City location, the customer service is really great. We've encountered numerous employees on the many times we shop there, and we've always been helped by employees that are friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.

Replacement of a store brand tool was not honored after that tool failed. It's not the amount that was anoying it was the fact that the customer service representative literally lied to me not knowing I'm a former employee. She could have given me store credit twords my replacement purchase but because I feel racism is a big problem here in Hawaii, she power tripped and just said no. I know you are able to give credit up to $50.00 without getting a manager involved. The item was under $20.00. And was labeled "HDX" the stores branding of in house hand tools. As far as I'm concerned, this is a week excuse to refuse to honor the return policy others receive without hesitation.

As a senior citizen, I got very good accommodation from staffs and they made a lot of technical terms convenient for me to understand, making my choices easier, and my purchase better.

The store was almost closing but that did not stop them from making sure I needed to get my shopping done or try to rush me out like other home improvement stores. They had smiles on their faces the whole time and were pleasant. I will definitely shop here again and tell all my friends about my experience and hope they get the same from other employees or if they’re lucky come across the ones that helped me.
