Abe the customer experience manager went above and beyond to help my family and I. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable on the products we needed. Because of him we will always shop in this store specifically. We love his personality, loyalty, and professionalism.

Lines for checkout are ridiculous!

Shop last week and found everything i needed!

loved how nice the check out people were and the manager Abe helped us on the floor when other people that were probably new could not. He personally helped us buy 2 large tool cabinets that interlock and then wheeled them to the service desk so we could continue to shop for tools that we wanted.

The cashier took a long time to check me out, she had a puss on her face, and didn't even say thank you after she rang me up. Put at nails were impeccable!!! ;-(

I always go there because I find everything I need for my projects and also get new ideas. It is not to far from my home.

Went to the paint dept. to get some paint. Was overwhelmed by the many choices. The person’s in the paint dept were so helpful in helping me choose the correct paint & other supplies I may need

All throughout the store…. I felt the love and respect of EVERYONE! standouts were Brenda & Ivan in customer service…. A young man from puerto rico in plumbing…

This location is very convenient but needs to be more people friendly

I've been shopping at Home Depots for years, from NY State to the west coast of Florida and the Paterson, NJ, route 20 HD is the best.

We used to shop at the Totowa store,could never find any assistance. Left the store and will never go back.my husband suggested we try the Paterson Home Depot, purchased a snow blower in 15 minutes set up delivery and couldn't be happier .Great Job to all who helped us

ATTITUDE FROM STAFF NO ONE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE CHECKOUT IS A JOKE CANT GET A PERSON TO HELP YOU LONG WAIT AND ATTITUDE DIRTY STORE EMPLOYEES STANDING AROUND NO MANAGEMENT EVER AVAILABLE ATTITUDE FROM STAFF WHEN ASKED FOR HELP PLANTS AND OTHER ITEMS are BAD Quality Parking lot is filled with carts EMPLOYEES standing around talking and give attitude when asked for help IF THEY EVER SHOW UP TO HELP YOU

inventory goes quickly and left over are usually in bad shape

There are super helpful employees and a ton of materials in stock!

All are easy access from parking, employees are all well trained & kind, always there to serve customers

Store has improved on better and friendlier staff and more knowledgeable in where items are

William was very helpful by answering my questions about lighting, and plumbing. He patiently showed me my options and was happy to help me as his customer. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I hope to see him again when I visit the store in the near future.

store was dirty-also many items for sale were dusty or dirty-most of the help were friendly

all is on good condition only waiting time for drooping skids is over limit some times one hour that is creasy for contractor to come there home depo needs to add priority services for contractors we are not as home owners to came and spend panes we spending thousands $

ordering online is not recommended, the store inventory is not corrected, It might say it has inventory but it is out of stock - they collect your money quickly but dont bother to check their stock to confirm or update the inventory - It becomes your problem not HD's

This is a real nice store to shop in but there is never a person to ask questions about a product in all the departments. There are plenty of employees walking around or standing talking to other employees but when you need someone in the department that your in, your out of luck. The customer service department is well organized and very efficient.

Our representative, Trish, made ordering and paying for our new flooring totally painless. She was very efficient and helpful.

The Home Depot in Paterson is a good one. We bought a big item at this store and the cashier as well as the gentleman who helped us get the item to our trailer were very helpful and nice. These two employees deserve recognition for going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I will shop here again because of the experience we had there.

Good place but they need more skilled employers

Purchased a barbecue online with free assembly picked up at store was not assemble. Response from store manager was the people that assemble or not here and will not be till January so I ask him why do I have the option of free assembly his response he doesn’t make the rules nice customer service there.
