Sorry I didn't get any ones name. My contractor was out of town and I went to paint department with just a little of information about what I wanted. The associates were very helpful in helping me get the right paint for my project and a rebate form that will save me $40. Thank you to paint dept. in Paramount Ca.

Employees do not work in a timely matter. I was very unpleased with my visit took them close to an hour to help me load a pallet of concter..

I have been extremely satisfied on my recent trips to the Paramount store. Today (a Saturday, no less) was a particularly great experience. I was in the garden center getting soil and fertilizer for a raised bed vegetable garden. I needed 7 (3 cu ft) bags of soil, and couldn't lift them. I was going to go up front and ask for help when Resha approached me and asked if I needed help - great timing! She introduced herself, shook my hand, and thanked me for shopping at HD. Nice touch! I told her what I needed, and she said she would get a cart and load them up for me. She then brought them out to my truck (on which the tailgate latch had broken and wouldn't open). She wasn't fazed in the least, and proceeded to load 7 big bags of soil and 9 smaller bags of fertilizer into the bed of the truck. She did this cheerfully with a wonderful, sunny attitude. She was awesome!

I went into the store looking for needed items to update my bathroom. Cesar the store employee that assisted me was wonderful, he knew all about the tile, grout, floorboards etc. It was a learning experience dealing with Cesar, he even helped me pick out a vanity! You truly have a gem of an employee. Thank you.

I went to the store to buy a stove after my 18 year old stove kicked the bucket. I was greeted at the door when I entered the store. The associate was genuinely happy and welcoming. I went to the appliance department and the associate greeted me with a smile. I explained what I needed and wanted in my new stove. Also I was on a very tight budget. The associate listened to my wants and concerns then she recommended a few stoves that would fit my needs and my budget. The stove I purchased was a great bargain and fit my needs perfectly. The associate made sure I had all the proper connections to insure a professional delivery and installation. I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. I really appreciate great service and just thought I would share my Great Experience!
