excellent service at the isle and at check out

Walked in and was helped right away. There was a worker named Erik that was really knowledgeable with everything I had questions for and was able to get everything for me.

Super friendly employees that seemed like a big family. Anthony, the garden manager, is the guy to see when you get here - he was amazing!!!

Store very clean. Employees clean up spills and loose products as soon as it happens. Products on shelves easy to locate and assistance right there to help you in less time as needed.

The restrooms didn't work for 3 days!!! There was portable restrooms outside but what kind of business runs without running water! So ironic that an improvement store cant fix its own water.

I waited in aisle 22 for 39 mins for someone to help me. I had them call 2 times to come and help me. When I did go and fine someone to help me it was his 1st day in the department. When he went to get help no one would help him help me. The store manager Caesar would not come and talk to me when called. I’m done with this store. FOREVERMORE.

The employee named Brandon was extremely rude and unprofessional. He raised his voice the whole time and rudely threw the color sampler across the counter making it sound so loud. I find it rasist by the way he acted and looked at us. We felt intimidated by this guy. I will not come back to this location anymore. Worst experience ever.

Another home run here getting all my project needs meet. The Electrical staff are ready to help with any wiring needs. The check out is fast and Friendly.

I’ve shopped at this store for years. I always get excellent service and an always find someone willing to stop to help. The store is always organized and I love browsing around looking for stuff I don’t really need. l will rate this store from 1- 10... 10 is my rating....10 being BEST.

Great service every time, knowledgeable associates

I waited outside for a forklift operator to show up for at least 20 mins after my purchase.I had a cashier person page 3 different times for a forklift operator and not one came . It wasn't until Arty (hero) asked me if there was anything he can help me with. I then advised Arty that I had been waiting for 20 mins for a forklift and that I was getting frustrated. Arty then advised me that he was personally going to go find the forklift driver to help me. Sure enough, 4mins later Arty showed up with Ricardo to help me load my truck. If it wasn't for Arty going above and beyond ,who knows how long I would have been outside waiting. You guys should have way more forklifts available at the front as an easy option to grab and help customers. Also, train more employees to operate forklifts so you aren't depending on a small number of employees. All your employees should be well rounded. I've spent almost $5,000 as a regular consumer for a small project in just 1 month and I really did not enjoy this experience.

Products easy to find, everyone is smiling and helpful, easy checkout and very clean store

Had great customer service by a few dedicated employees. Alex (plumbing section) went above and beyond out of his work area to assist me. He referred Diana (appliance section) to finish my purchase and Jeff to help load my vehicle. Great work. Thanks again!! Also, I had never been to this Home Depot before but, found it to be very spacious, clean and bright.

I received excellent customer service because Raul took the initiative to help me get heavy water bottle in my vehicle!

Good clean Store near the freeway

Some associates are very knowledgeable and professional whereas some are not. Overall, this is not a store you would want to shop at. The Compton store is much more experienced and professional.

Pleasing inventory presentation, well stocked. The store is very clean and provides a pleasant shopping experience. I received very professional customer service in their 'Tile Department' by employee, 'Martin'. He was 'extremely' helpful! Ask for him!
