Service Desk is the best! Thanks to all the guys that helped me with my purchase! Got my items from a young man that looked up what I needed made sure I got everything I needed!

I literally just come to this particular Home Depot due to their outstanding customer service, in fact, when Joseph Magana is on the job he will guide you around and explain how different products can make your job easier; recommendations always on point. Not like other Home Depot’s employees, they make you wait if you’re lucky for about 35 minutes just to hear them say, “I’ll send someone to help you right now.” Don’t take my words, experience it for yourself, you won't regret it: this Home Depot is a good one!

great customer service all employes were more then enough help guided me with great information about pro/credit card members.....just would like to see the paint section a bit more stocked up every time I go its alwsy half empty

What I noticed about this store and the associates they all seem to have a race issue. While walking through this location not one associates greeted me. I shop Home Depot through-out the Southern California area and this store associates seem to have a racial issue. If you are not there race it's unlikely your going to be recognize unless you approach them first. I think some good old fashion customer service training might help.

Employees are helpful and the isles are organized and clean Sanitizer is provided at entrance as well

They workers at this store are friendly and helpful. We were buying a shed and there workers Daisy and Bobby made it the best experience ever.

The associate named ricardo was very helpful alot more then the others that seemed didn't want to be there on a Sunday morning if you have a question look for him he's the man to go too for answers ...

Excellent Customer Service!!! Most store lack this skill these days. Employees are eager to assist any of your questions & help you locate whatever you seem to be looking for. The shelves are well stocked and floors are clear and free of clutter.

Employees here are extremely lazy! Completely unhelpful, unprofessional, and rude. If you're an employer that uses the Prodesk for your employees, just know it's faster to drive further out. Lazy employees here had my employee jump back and forth between service and pro desk because no one wanted to help. After 35 minutes of trying to figure out who would check him out, it took an additional 20 minutes to just pay over the phone (the total trip from walking into the store to exiting was 1 hr 15 minutes). When the unprofessional employee called, she had a massive attitude and messed up on the card number 5 times!! When she asked for it the 6th time, I asked to speak to a manager as it was absolutely ridiculous. No one has an IQ this low (I thought). She hung up (banged the phone on the receiver as my employee told me). Had my employee driven to the other location, we would have saved half the time. My employees will NOT return to this store.

A lot of the employees are extremely rude and the cashiers are too busy conversating and laughing to help customers out.

I have one bad experience with one of his employees her name Maria in self check out she was very rude with me

Frank that works in the paint department is absolutely amazing... He has so much knowledge regarding paint, it's crazy... He helps us out every time we come in and we have never been disappointed... In my opinion, he is one of yr strongest employees.... We love our home colors and we give all the credit to Frank!!! Thank you again!!

If coming in for plumbing talk with Jose from Plumbing. Definitely an expert. Highly recommend.

Was in need of assistance to grab a tool behind a locked case. Fito (employee) saw I needed help and was able to walk a coworker over that had access to the padlock. Thank you very much for your help. He was extremely polite and professional. Five star customer service.

Associates are all very nice and manage the space to be clean. I needed help with a grill and even though she was busy they helped me with getting it.

In popped in at lunch time to avoid the Friday, after work crowd. Parking was good, and I even missed any lines to enter. The greeter was a sweet, pleasant, elderly gentleman.I was able to find and purchase the main items I came for. (I could ALWAYS use a decorative, hard-to-find outdoor flag. But there were none of those to be found.) The lines were manageable. The young lady even called me over the Self-Check out & assisted me there. Good customer service. Clean & organized store. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. I'll be going to this location again.

If you go to this location and you really need help with a in store situation BOBBY assistant store manager is the person you want to deal with. Understanding, Respectful, thorough and gets the job done. I can't and won't say that for the store manager. In my humble opinion Bobby should be the store manager. GREAT job BOBBY. SINCERELY, Dee

I would recommend this store above and beyond any of the other stores I've been to exceptional customer service

This location has terrible standards, prices are not on the items, assistance is hardly offered, items are damaged and employees are a disappointment. I waited 20 minutes to get a price check on wood sheets but no one came so I went to another location. I told the cash register employee I was going to leave and she said ok and rolled her eyes at me. It's the last time I'm coming to my local Home Depot. I'm so fed up with the customer service and the lack of standards this place has. I'll go somewhere else now.

I was able to quickly locate all products that I needed. Associates were available to answer any questions that I had. The store was organized and clean. All associates I encountered were delightfully friendly and willing to help. When all is said and done the paramount Home Depot is providing quality products at a fair price, excellent customer service, and fast check outs. I would also like to mention that the Paramount Home Depot is providing customers with essential products during this COVID-19 pandemic. I personally appreciate all that they do and would like to say Thank You.
