Stephanie Wakeland flooring specialist was very helpful and patient with us when we were buying door blinds. we appreciated her help and expert advice. the cashier was very friends and thanked my husband for his SERVICE in the military! thank you for hiring such thoughtful employees. reward them nicely Thank you the store was very clean as the restrooms.

Employees were willopen to help and asked what I needed and I followed them to where the device was located in the store.

Clean and well stocked

On two separate trips, I had planned out my projects using the website as a guide. But the people actually working the store were the most helpful of all. Every single employee that saw me asked if I needed help. Not begrudgingly but in a friendly and helpful manner. If I asked a question, they either had an answer or went to go find an answer. The combined efforts of each employee made a nervous trip for my first DIY project in woodworking an absolute breeze. The store itself was also very clean and the items listed as available on the website matched what was physically in the store.

The store was clean and the workers are friendly and really nice and Tye helped me with checking out on self checking couldn’t asked for any better thank Home Depot

Had everything I needed, super helpful and nice crew. Really appreciate the amazing customer service they offer.

recommend store but don't advise to checkout near the lumber department. cashier is rude and doesn't have a great customer service.

I shop via Home Depot Store# 2314 in Paducah, Kentucky frequently, this is my preference for this area. On Sunday 12/13/2020 I had a rush order to fill due to an emergency issue. Soon as I arrived at the store two ladies at the pickup counter greeted and ask how they could help. They pointed me in the proper / exact direction where my items were located. Also, two male employees working in the area (where kerosine heaters are) offered assistance if I needed it. Then at the checkout the employee was very helpful and cheerful. It was a pleasure to see everyone in such good spirits and working under this difficult Pandemic atmosphere. Thank You,

I heard that Home Depot had a great sale on their poinsettias. I found this to be true, plus their plants were beautiful! I bought several. After checkout I decided I needed to use the restroom before getting back on the road. Carolyn, my cashier, pointed to where the bathroom was and said she would be happy to watch my cart. I hate to have to use bathrooms out in public during these COVID times, but their bathroom was squeaky clean! There was someone cleaning the floors in the store as I left, and I noticed how immaculate the whole store was. When I returned to the exit Carolyn was standing there near my cart and wished me a very Merry Christmas. She was so nice and helpful. I found her to also be quite efficient at her job.

It is a neat clean well organized store with friendly workers who are helpful when needed.

Visiting this store from another distant state. It was well stocked but not cluttered like my usual location. Staff was readily available to assist rather than having to search for a knowledgeable associate.

The associate and every one who assisted her were extremely helpful and friendly. This was a great shopping experience. Thank you Home Depot.

Have everything you will need

Everything was very well stocked, employees were very helpful, and the store itself was very well organized and clean. Just a really great place to shop.

This Paducah store gives a 1st impression of being bright & clean. On this particular "mulch Quest" for my wife, I'd only give the folks at Srvc. Desk a 5 out of 10. But things greatly improved at Checkouts, `thanks to Cashier Benjamin.

Associates usually ask me if I need assistance at least once while in the store, and more times than not, multiple times. They are helpful with loading items into your vehicle. The friendliness of the employees and competitive prices is why we continue to shop there for our home renovation, even though it is across town for us and other home improvement stores are closer.

Anthony in Flooring was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his job. Something you can not find at other home improvement stores.

I drive out of my way to go to this store because they always make you feel welcome and are willing to help you and they always have what I need.

I love walking in Home Depot with my dog!! Today I was helped by Carolyn, the cashier and she went about and beyond her cashier job!! I loved that she helped me bc my hands don’t work well now and she just had the best attitude about helping me and showed me grace when I was so slow about checking out!! She showed me what is like to be a wonderful customer and now she just went above and beyond to continue to help me!! She makes me want to shop at Home Depot!! It’s not Home Depot itself why customers come back day after day, it’s Carolyn the employee who makes you feel important is why people like me come back!! Thanks, Carolyn!!

Great Customer Service, unlike the other home improvement store right down the road. Had 3 employees that went above and beyond! Prices are also better that the other Home improvement store (at lease on the items we always buy). Would recommend this store first!

Clean store & well stocked. They have what you are looking for & helpful Home Depot employees. We found all we needed because of them! Employees desire to assist you, they ask if they can help you find something! Great shopping experience, home run! Prices are good!

Our Home Depot store is a real asset to our area. They have always been customer orientated, and take pride in the store and serving us their customer. Amid this COVID crisis they have gone well above providing a safe environment for us. I would say that 98% of the customer base who shop at our store are very much satisfied with all aspects of our store. If you need anything in the building material area, or help with a project in grounds and building maintenance, I highly recommend Home Depot of Paducah Kentucky, Store #2314.

THIS STORE IS GREAT TO ME. I HAVE BEEN ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP FINDING ANYTHING EVERYTIME I HAVE BEEN IN THIS STORE AND JUST ABOUT THE WHOLE TIME I AM IN THE STORE. THEY GREET YOU WHEN YOU WALK NEAR THEM AND NOT IN A BAD MOOD. LIKE THEY ARE HAPPY TO BE THERE. LIKE ME WHEN I GO IN THE HOME DEPOT.

Every experience I have here is excellent. Today was no exception - I needed assistance in the lawn and garden area and Carolyn was very courteous and provided the help I needed. She was also equally helpful and courteous at check out. She's a keeper! I was able to find everything I needed in a timely manner.
