The Employees are soooo nice!

Bought this table saw and like the saw except for the horrible blade guard they put on a good saw the design of this blade guard should have never been put on this saws without the designer try it his are herself

I just wanted to say thank you for your help with finding what I needed.

Everyone is always offering assistance and I need that often !

Cashier Brittany in the lawn & garden did an amazing job helping me find the correct flowers to go in my raised flower bed for my new bee colony. She was very helpful and very nice.

I shop here more than most but my experience today was less than satisfactory I will avoid a certain employee and if having them check me out is the only option I will not make my purchases here.

This is the best store of any kind, IMHO, for miles around. Wayne and his staff really work hard and go out of their way, sometimes, to help folks. This store should be a model for all of the Home Depot stores.

Denied a Veteran discount; told this store doesn’t give them daily, just on certain holidays. Manager no help because he wants you to drive so he can see your ID (an hour away)... like every one has time to take 2-3 hours out of their day just to see if he’ll do anything about it. And yes, I am Service Connected. First HD store in four states to deny me that discount. Only good it did was for Lowe’s; they have never denied me the discount. And to think, I paid with a HD card.

My husband and I were in a rush to purchase a new water heater for professional installation. We shopped at one big chain store and weren't satifsfied with their products' warranties. We called another big chain store and were happy with their selection and service, but suffered sticker shock at their prices. We arrived in our local Home Depot TEN MINUTES before closing and found a better heater at a better price with the warranty we wanted. And, the customer service reps went above and beyond to assist us. We would highly recommend this store for your home improvement items and needs.

I went there yesterday and they would not honor my VA card because it didn't have the words SERVICE ORIENT on it,they have honored it in the past like 2 weeks ago, the clerk says it has to be a military card,well why did they honor it before,how much more military can you be with a VA card, I'm a Vietnam veteran and told my VA doctor and she couldn't believe it,I will not be making any big purchases at home depot anymore, what a stupid policy!

Very great shopping experience, the crew at this location is very attentive and truly do make you feel at home there. The store was not cluttered at all and very easy to find the items I was looking for. The isle signs were very great in helping me to find what I was looking for, also if I have trouble finding something there is an associate real close to ask and they point me to the right direction. I love how well the associates know the store layout when I ask about an item they tell the isle number where I can find it, very helpful.

Love our Paducah, KY Home Depot store! The associates are so friendly and are willing to assist with locating items needed. They always are so polite and patient with me if I am experiencing issues with checking out.

This store is very low tracking which I prefer. However there doesn’t seem to be a large selection in lawn and garden. Nor outdoor dining furniture. Would love to see more.

I was looking for Ice Melt, Shovel and sleds...I did buy a shovel. I found ice melt at a local store.
