Great customer service. Keep it up Home Depot team!

The stores always neat and clean and the employees are generally friendly and helpful. I have had an occasion where I did not receive the treatment I felt I deserved or service that I needed. When I brought this attention to his supervisor the problem was remedied immediately. most of the employees are fantastic. The memorable employees are Christine, judy, Carol C, Miriam, Jose, and of course Moose And Scott

Customer service in the major appliances Dept was very good. Nelson cared about helping me find a refrigerator that met my needs. He spent well over an hour in the process to narrow down the best refrigerator !

I have been shopping at Home depot at Taft st. in city of Orange for about 23 years now. The store is great for being clean and organized. I could get answer to all of my questions, the employees are helpful and friendly.

Some of the employees of this store are lazy, unhelpful, incompetent, and rude. Poor stocking in building materials. Outside loaders are seriously lacking, slow, lazy and unhelpful. Try the store on Katella.

This store has taken on a new floor plan for Check out and Customer Service. Both are extremely lacking in good design. Too many things on display in the main aisle make it extremely difficult to shop. All the checkouts are do it yourself and are poorly designed for efficiency and when you do need help because the machine prompts for an attendant, it takes too long for them to show up. I am forced to go to the other HD in Orange or the Lowe's in Anaheim. The employees are not easy to find when you need help.

Happy with my experience at this store. I find what I need and there is always someone there to help if I need it. Parking is convenient and checkout is an easy process.

Would be a 5 star rating, but the wait time for help can be very long. Everybody seems to pass it along to somebody else. Also, the bathrooms are disgusting, please clean and restock them. Thanks

Im EXTREMELY happy with the service I was provided by all employees. It was more personal then just there job to get me in and out. I just moved to the area and I know that will be my primary Store. Thank you Kim and Morgan for assisting me.

The clerks are not well trained and customer service clerk Judy was very rude and condescending. It took awhile for me to get her name because she kept walking away. There was also a "Coach" at the register who didn't do anything. Sandro was great and assisted me.

The staff here is knowledgeable, hard-working and super helpful. The Garden Center is especially well-staffed and organized. This store is not the closest Home Depot to my house, but it is worth the extra drive just to work with people who are so competent.

Unfortunately, the inaction of a single associate is the driving force behind this bad review. I needed help with an item at self checkout. The associate assigned to the area I was in ignored my request for help, but had time to help people that were behind me in the line. I can't help but wonder if it was due to the color of my skin (the people she helped behind me were of a similar skin tone as the associate and I am just a minority).

I went into the store April 3. A cashier named Ahmad helped me and was knowledgeable of his job which helped me out. He was also courteous and friendly. Thank you Home Depot for hiring employees like this.

Every department, at this specific location has as least one employee who knows their stuff at all times. This is more helpful than I can express.

The employees there are the friendliest most helpful of all locations. They not only are helpful but they take pride in their positions and it shows. From the moment walking in I'm greeted to paying for the items and everything in between. Special thanks to Alicia for going out of her way. And the gentleman on the forklift late night for taking time to help.

The gardening Department has outstanding Associates who really know their products. Kathryn is the best and will go above and beyond with research questions about types of plants needed.

Employees all friendly, helpful and professional. They know where items are and help me find them. Plus, store is well stocked with the sort of home repair and improvement items I need.

I went to your store in a hurry to purchase a few items to finish up a last-minute job. One of your employees who work in the front cash register area was very helpful and gave me directions to each department I had to go to to find the items I was looking for. Store is always clean and the staff always says hi and smiles. Every time I go in the team offers me assistance with loading and unloading material. I am a contractor so this goes a long way on busy days. Kaitlyn a supervisor there has a huge smile, is super quick to help and makes you feel like your the only customer in the store.

We just purchased our home in the area 6 months ago. It is a "fixer-upper." As a result, I was delighted to find that there was a Home Depot located not more than a mile from our home. In this 6 month period of time I have gotten to know and acknowledge, (and am acknowledged in return by), some store employees by name. I have frequented the store at least every week, (there was one month when I visited/purchased DAILY), and have gratefully spent much money on needed items there. This store has been and continues to be a godsend to me. My wife and I have visited and purchased in/from EVERY section of the store and have never been disappointed in the help we've received from staff. Even when I have to return the inevitable "go-back" item, the customer service staff have gone out of their way to make these experiences positive. If I had to register only one suggestion, it would be to carry greater inventory. I know that space limits this option, and I have, as a result, had to order items on line to be delivered to the store for pickup as well as order items from Home Depot on line to be delivered to my home. I'm delighted that we have such a great Home Depot so close to us! Your staff is GREAT!
