I was really having a bad day until I entered the orange store and was greeted by a employee named Julia and two of her coworkers whose names I am sorry I did not yet. The greeting that they gave me was just over the top and sets the standards for customer service. Now mind you I’m not an attractive man, I’m 50+ years old, fat, bald, maybe it was the mask that hit my face!… But these girls were absolutely awesome I will never go to another Home Depot store as long as I live… LOL way to go Home Depot for hiring such quality people, and girls.... You made this old guy’s day

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Usually have everything I’m looking for in stock.

The employees here are always so friendly and accommodating. On our recent trip to the store, we had the pleasure of being helped by both Aleka and Omar in the garden department, who were both so patient and truly went above and beyond to help us. Five stars for Aleka and Omar!!

Clean, always friendly service, good stock of what I use. Helpful in loading products into vehicle. Store is laid out very well.

Generally poor selection and inventory levels compared to other Home Depot stores. Also they have roaming sales people looking to get you interested in Pro Services, which is not helpful and more than a bit distracting while you shop.

this is a great store. It has sometimes not had a particular part I needed because it is very very busy, but it is busy because it is a really good store with great customer service. If they don't have something, they will find a way to get it to you. I find that customer service here is the best part. If you need help, ask for Eric, he is a wizard.

Wanted to purchase cedar fence materials. Asked a male assoc who was near the lumber area getting down the cedar from the rack, he said he does not run a forklift. Asked him if he could get help for us, he said in a min. Waited for 10 min and did not see he was getting help for us. Stopped a male assoc to help us he saik ok. Another 10 min past and no help came. Asked another assoc/female for help. She said a few ees run a forklift then paged someone for help. Turned out the store does not have the materials. Felt employees lacked willingness to help customers but gave us excuses.

I needed a custom color and have been painter 41 years. Zack in paint at this location on tustin Blvd and Taft did the best possible job as he was willing to help and courteous! The paint was made perfectly! Thank you Zack you will go far in this life because you are willing to go the second mile. God bless this store and all who are caring and thoughtful..

This is my Home Depot. It is always clean and neat. The employees are great and helpful. They have guided me on many repairs for my home over the last 19 years. The appliance area is stocked well and the employees there are really on it. Shay is the best there! Just got a new fridge from her and will be back for a dishwasher soon. Thank you Home Depot and thank you Shay!

My thanks to Courtney for assisting me with informative information and making an on the spot decision when it mattered most. She is a true asset to the Home Depot Family and she made what could have been a frustrating experience into one I will remember always. My thanks also to Jovanny for helping in completion of the transaction with his knowledge and professionalism. I work in sales and hopefully one day I can return the favor to them.

I recommend this store only for conveniences, But I would check to see that they have what you want in stock first.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Seth when I went into purchase some bags of salt for my water softener yesterday (9/20/20). He was polite and courteous; it is so refreshing to see someone that truly appreciates the customers and the company he is blessed to work for. Thank you!!!

The service was great and friendly. The cashier paid attention and made sure I was taken care of quickly and accurately.

Staff is not friendly nor helpful and Apple Pay is still not a method of payment for the convenience of the customer not wanting to take out his or her wallet.

Poorly managed! There was a line of about 30 people at 6PM on a Monday. Nobody in an orange apron cared. Garden closed at 6:00, refused to open to help customers. I asked her to call a manager to notify them, she got no answer. Many self serve registers were closed. Employee said they were broken. FIX THEM!! HORRIBLE customer service! They claim they are closing early for sanitization. Employees say they do zero sanitation after hours. No electrostatic fog, nothing. So stay open normal hours then! Restocking? What did you do for years when you were open till 10PM? They are concentrating people into fewer store hours, resulting in more contamination risk and horrible customer service and shopping experience. Go elsewhere!

I went to the Home Depot store before 7:00AM today, and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and professionalism of every person I encountered. Linda, on the front lines, was especially competent and courteous, and when I phoned the store to compliment her service, John, the MOD was exceptional as well. Y'all are DOING IT RIGHT! Thank you!

THIS STORE DOES NOT FOLLOW THE HEALTH SAFETY ORDERS OF THE GOVERNOR OF CALIFORNIA THAT ALL WEAR FACE COVERINGS. THEY WANT TO BE SUED!
